I had a good experience. All the members of the staff are kind and welcoming, and Doctor Haddad is professional and meticulous about my personal skin situation. The results of tests come in about two weeks and they make sure you have been visited no later than a month after they are shared with you. I would recommend to choose AoD for your skin care.

I had the best experience at Art of Dermatology in Berkley. Went in 3 times for micro-needling with Megan.My skin looks and feels great. I definitely see a huge difference. No more dark spots on face. I recommend their service to everyone. You will leave the place 100% satisfied. I also got my sunscreen from there and I love it.

Berkley office staff was very courteous and professional. My care outcome was terrible. I paid for the 14 skintags and other imperfections to be removed under the $129 deal, The treatment material states after one to two weeks the tags should fall off. After three weeks nothing was changed, they were all still there. I went back as instructed and received a second treatment but this time some of the bigger tags were cut off and tiny bandages were placed over the two spots that bled. When I got home to change clothes I discovered the bandaged spots had bled through my two layers of clothing and

Friendly, attentive, highly interactive. Appointments run on time. They call me after a procedure to follow up and make sure the treatment was effective and there are no concerns. I had a Dermatologist a mile from my home, but not with this level of professionalism and care. I followed Dr. Gottam the 22 miles to Berkley a few years ago when she moved and I am glad I did, and now she has opened an office in my neighborhood. I suspect she did that just for me. 😊

I swear I would drive to another state for my daughter to receive the care she receives from Dr. Viola at Art of Dermatology in Ann Arbor. Every person that I interacted with was professional and kind. I usually have very high anxiety anytime I go to a doctor’s appointment, but here I felt completely at ease. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and gave me clear instructions on forms I needed to fill out/information they needed from me. Both the doctor and assistant who saw me were fantastic. They answered all of my questions and, the way they spoke with me, I felt like I had been going there for years, even though it was my first visit. The office was also very clean and gave me a spa vibe more than a doctor’s office

I'd like to begin by expressing how wonderful the personnel at Art of Dermatology is, from the time you walk in, you're greeted with open arms, it was my first appointment, but I felt at ease. I was a little worried as the nurse Laurain explained what the doctor would be performing, but she reassured me that I had nothing to be concerned about. Dr. Clark was a great guy, and we clicked right away. I couldn't wait to get to the front desk and schedule my follow-up appointment once we were all done.

Post Partum acne is no joke. I’ve struggled with acne my entire life. But not ever like that. It was sooo physically painful and depressing. I’ve seen many dermatologists in my days. But no one has ever… listened and solved my problems like Dr. Gottam did. I remember crying to her because I was completely acne free and I just couldn’t believe it. Wow what an amazing office. Was part of the mother daughter event tonight and got to meet the staff and Dr.G. I have never meet such a team of professionals so top notice.
