Bo started her real estate career in 1996 as a real estate broker. In 1998 she was named and recognized as the #1 commercial real estate agent in the country by Prudential. In 1998 she started her development company where she began developing retail centers for national retailers while still working with Prudential.
In 2001 she started Rushing Real estate INC. In 2003 she added multi- construction to her group of companies along with property management. At that time she formed The Rushing Group to encompass all of these companies. As CEO, her unique ability and vision, coupled with tenacity, have allowed Multi Construction to design and build over 350,000 SF of retail units and apartments.
