I'm a pretty cautious and skeptical person when it comes making big purchases, but Doug made me feel very comfortable during this whole home-purchasing process. Doug & his team worked with us to buy a home in Cooper City on very short notice, and over Labor Day weekend to boot. He went out of his way to work around our schedule, which did not have a lot of wiggle room. He was very professional, and when we had questions about schools in the area for our kids, he went above and beyond to mobilize his resources and put us in touch with contacts who could help answer our questions. Just purchased a home as a first time home buyer and also a veteran. Doug was my realtor. He's a people person and genuinely cares and looks out for you. Definitely goes above and beyond. Walked me through the whole process.
We must've seen 25 places and some of them 2 and 3 times. Closed the day after Christmas which is not an easy thing to do as most people go on vacation. In fact Doug changed his plans just so we can get the deal done.
