Our founder, Ray Collier, started working on family boats in the Gulf of Mexico (Pensacola) at a very young age. He did sportfishing, SCUBA diving, snorkeling, shrimping and various other activities. At age 18, Ray was already a boat owner and operator. It was also at that same age when he decided to join the United States Marine Corps, where he served for 11 faithful years.

These guys made the "gone fishin" experience perfect. We didn't catch any monsters but there is always MORE to fishing than the fish. You will experience the ocean and being on a boat as you have never experienced them. Great outfit and crew! Very informative and treat you like you've been on the boat with them for years.

Great operation. Fair price, professional crew, rental gear is in good condition, and they bring spare equipment. I just rode a Biki bike from Waikiki, showed up in a swim suit and, was good to go. I went on two separate trips and both times we went to different reefs that were close to the harbor, but really vibrant. We saw turtles, a shark that was just chilling under the reef, a huge frog fish, a bunch of eels, scorpion fish, flounder, etc. I hadn’t dived in 10 years and they worked with me, felt completely safe, and had a lot of fun.

Capt. Ray and Mates Ray and Kale were amazing today. I was going to cancel because winds were going to be around 18mph and I was worried my kids would get seasick. I called him yesterday and tried to cancel and said he could keep the fee since it was my bad for cancelling last minute. Capt Ray was really cool about it and kinda convinced me to still go, so we did, and I do not regret it. The way the Capt posistioned the boat all day while trolling minimized the wave action. We trolled up and down the coast, got the Ahi you see in the photo, and then he took us to the turtle cleaning station and

Went diving with Ruckus for the first time in ~7 years. I was super rusty, but the staff members were very friendly and experienced. The rental equipment was clean and in good condition. They give me a quick refresher, and I felt completely safe while diving. I would definitely recommend Ruckus to anyone who is looking for a fun and safe dive, even if you aren't very experienced!

Awesome trip. Impressed with "safety first" attitude. We caught lots of fish. First mate Chris went above and beyond to make us comfortable, safe and get lines out quickly and fish in the boat. Captain Ray was professional and experienced on the water and was a surgeon with the filet knife.....not a bad play list as well. We will definitely book the Ruckus again. Thanks for a great day! Thank you Ray for an amazing sunset cruise and snorkel with the girls! Ray was very hospitable and welcoming. He even took us to see a turtle cleaning station. We will definitely be going through Ruckus from now on. Next up is fishing! Highly recommend for anyone and everyone! Can't wait to get out on the water again.
