Sensei Doug has been a great mentor for my boys. They have been going to Novastar for over 1 year now and they still love going. These classes have kept my boys interest and focus and that’s important for wiggly boys. Sensei Doug has the right combination of discipline and instruction and fun for the kids. They laugh and learn and get a good workout in. Their flexibility and strength and focus have improved. We love Novastar! Thanks for providing such a great resource in our community. We highly recommend them and will continue to support them.

My daughter started taking classes a year ago. It has been great to see my daughter's progress over this year. She has grown in her flexibility, and focus. As a parent it has been great to see my child leave classes excited for more. Sensei Doug is an excellent instructor to all of his students. I would highly recommend Novastar.
