Robert Orlofsky Realty employs a staff of 25 personnel that supervise the operation of 14 properties. We are very proud of our Maintenance staff that does a lot more than keep their buildings clean and well maintained. Our staff are readily available to assist our residents and will always go out of their way to help.
Lisa Frezzo - Lisa is in charge of Finance & Property Management. She provides the maintenance statements you receive each month, the processing of your payments, the Star Program, move-in/move out deposits, and shareholder tax deduction information. Josephine Vieni - Josephine is the Co-op Coordinator and Mr. Orlofsky's Assistant.

Josephine is extremely rude, unprofessional, unwilling to both help and actually do her job. This management has been a nightmare to work with. Everything must be done in their time with no regard to your own work/life schedule. There needs to be a management change or get rid of Josephine. She is horrible and won’t even acknowledge her own mistakes. Instead she talks to you as if you were the one making the mistake and not her. Horrible place!

Unbelievable that they are allowed to even work! Scammers! Unprofessional, unresponsive. I was ready to rent a one bedroom apartment and filled out the application form. They got back to saying that the landlord would not rent a one-bedroom apartment to a family with a child and they can only allow to rent a 2 bedroom that costs twice as much!. I have never heard of such nonsense. Stay away

My husband and I have been tenants at The Brompton in Larchmont a rental building for almost 50 years. Over that period of time we have made several requests regarding issues in our apartment. To Mr Orlofskys credit, most have been handled in a very timely manner and all have been taken care of.
Not only does he work with the tenants, the people he employs are wonderful and have worked in the building for years.We have the best Super who has been there over 20 years.I think that says a lotwhen you have long term employees.

Josephine and the office are an absolute nightmare to deal with. She’s extremely disrespectful and unprofessional! She talks to you like you’re an idiot. Beautiful place to live but terrible management office! Good luck with anything you need to have taken care of! We were given a closing date to be told a week later that she never said it was that date, we’re closing on a new home and have had to push everything back a month all because Josephine doesn’t know what’s she’s doing! Make sure you have a GREAT attorney! Because she’s a DISASTER!

I have been a homeowner in one of their buildings for years. They never answer emails or phone calls. I have consistently had packages stolen or broken into. I’ve been asking for two years to have my windows replaced and they haven’t done anything to fix them. Every year my electric bill in the summer is hundreds of dollars more than my neighbors because the AC is blowing out the window and in the winter my apartment never feels warm.

I lived in an apartment that was managed by this firm. During my tenancy, maintenance concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the interior/exterior of the building was maintained to a high standard. Beautiful landscaping complemented everything and made the building the crown jewel of the block. Inquiries with office staff via phone/e-mail were always pleasant and they addressed my needs with care in a timely fashion.

These reviews caught my attention. I happen to agree with all of them. Rented an apartment from him that he managed. Ended up ruining a year of my life. Furthermore more, The management company and the apartment board tried to rip me off. Justice was served. I would advise anybody to think long and thoroughly before renting anything Robert Orlofski manages. Cheers!

Had an opportunity to live in one of the buildings managed by this firm! Getting any repairs done was a nightmare, slow and little response from people. No team effort but management wanted rent promptly. There were always complaints about tenants and coop owners. Oh my! Just another run of the mill place.

Robert Orlofsky Realty makes no effort for customer service, sensibility or kindness. For years, I did not have radiators throughout my apartment. I asked for help. It fell on deaf ears. What more can I say? This company is not worth any stars at all. Find other apartments to live in, unless you can endure unprofessionalism.

Horrible, STAY AWAY!!! Beautiful complex but managing agent is terrible. Robert Orlofsky should not be in any capacity where he needs to deal with people. Rude, condescending and will not try in any way to resolve the concerns of shareholders. Maintenance staff are great, complex is beautiful but dealing with him ruins it for everyone. They make it impossible to sell your unit because people hear the word on the street about this guy THEN they refuse to allow you to sublet your apartment after it sits on the market for months.
