As President and CEO, John is responsible for overall operations at WPMG including property and financial staff management, supervising large capital improvement projects, working with engineers, architects, lawyers and accountants as well as trouble shooting any areas of concern for board members.
Given his expertise in corporate finance, John is involved in the financial management side of the industry and assists our boards with short and long term financial planning, debt related matters, cost reduction and analysis of underlying loans. John holds a BS in Finance Degree, a Real Estate Brokers License and an Insurance License.

Our Property Manager for our development/community is John Ricci - he has stuck with us through thick-and-thin, and as a board member, I had an excellent time working with him, and leaning on his expertise, especially when getting bids and contracting vendors.
At one point in the past, our Board (of which I served on, but not at the time) replaced Westchester Property Management Group (WPMG) with another property manager, only to realize a few years later that it was a mistake and we hired WPMG again. If that's not a testament, I don't know what is. WPMG is like the show Family Guy

Since 1998, Westchester Property Management has always been helpful with whatever inquiries I may have and I've never had to wait more than a day for someone to return my calls. First time using their website inquiring about refinancing procedures and John Lamorte responded immediately. He has been very kind and helpful.

After a clerical and email conversation misunderstanding, I can honestly say that the management at this company cares about how things are done there. If you can not get your issue cleared up immediately, ask to speak to management, or even the CEO and you will get a prompt and professional response. The owner has started his company from scratch and has been in business for 30 years. He cares about how things are done.

WPMG has been representing our condominium for many years. Having lived here for almost 10 years, and currently being the board president, I must say they have always been responsive to our needs and requests. Maureen O Hagen has been or representative. She is very bright and knowledgeable and more than willing to share her expertise in order to guide and help us. We are a very small condominium (24 units), but we've never felt our size diminished our service by WPMG or any of their staff. Our concerns are always addressed promptly and professionally.

WPMG has been our property managing company for our co-op in Hartsdale since the 1990's. We are a mid-rise consisting of 123 apartments, all owned by Shareholders. They have guided us through many large and small capital improvements over the years in a successful manner. Our Board of Directors, staff, assigned Property Manager, and large staff at WPMG are in constant communication with each other.
I highly recommend them if you are in need of the services they provide.
