My mother is living in assisted living and her electric recliner, which she needs to elevate her legs, broke. COVID has kept us from visiting and helping her out so I had to depend on YourCare Medical Supply to purchase a new chair and deliver it to my mother. Amy worked with me for the purchase and knew exactly what to do to connect with her provider and set up the delivery of the chair. The delivery staff were very knowledgeable and compliant with COVID protocols.
