The Jefferson's Convention Services staff is prepared to assist you with every aspect of your event, from the details of your program as they will be performed within the hotel to off-site requirements. The Jefferson Hotel Business Center is located in the Palm Court Lobby, across from the Concierge Desk, and is accessible 24 hours a day with a guestroom key.
Reservations for all holiday teas can be made by calling 804-649-4710. Please see our Reservation Tips below for more information about calling for holiday and Santa tea reservations. Cancellations for parties of 5 or less will be accepted at no charge until 7 days prior to your reservation. For parties of 6-12, cancellations will be accepted until 14 days prior to your reservation.

A very nice and classic setting up scale hotel a very clean and up kept place. A bit pricey but very well worth it.lots of good place to visit near by and public transportation.very good for familys or single person or family's with children. We stay here a few times year when we need to be in Richmond VA. So we do highly recommend staying here you will like it we do.

I'm not a guest, but a frequent visitor, and as someone from Richmond, I always enjoyed going to the Jefferson at Christmas time. Their hospitality is beyond measure. However, during this season we were stopped in front of the lobby by someone with luke warm manners and no smile and asked if we had a "reservation". Because of "Covid" they won't allow spectators just to stroll through and see the decorations. I understand the concerns, but this was overkill and has totally blemished my impression of a hotel that is supposed to be the epitome of Southern hospitality. I don't see why restrictions

We did not stay there we wanted to visit the store because we had to purchase and item from the store. beautiful glass ornaments in the store. As you can see from the pictures it is an absolutely beautiful place. The only reason that I took one store off was the process of trying to get into the building due to covid that should be simplified

Our first visit was wonderful. We celebrated Christmas with our family and could not have been more impressed. Valet staff were very friendly - we had so many gifts and they couldn’t have been more helpful… getting those to our suite. The Virginia Suite was beautiful and very roomy. King suites were also very large and beautiful. Decorations were stunning. The Lemaire Restaurant was wonderful. Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I can’t give a negative comment at all. Highly recommend!!!

I love everything about the Jefferson Hotel. The staff is amazing! Friendly, attentive, prompt, are just a few qualities I mention. The restaurant Lemaire is fabulous; The rooms are clean, comfortable and… beautiful! Of course the Hotel itself is just stunning! We surprised our daughter with a stay for her graduation from college. Weather it be a special event or a "just because " I highly recommend a stay. We will be back~

There are not enough good things to say about this place.
I was here through a company event and everything was amazing. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, all the architecture and decoration felt very regal. The room was massive (nicest hotel room I've ever been in) and it has everything I could’ve wanted or needed, include a TV in the bathroom mirror!!
The staff were friendly during the company event and the food was awesome. Buffet style, but tastefully done. Can’t say enough about the wait staff, they were excellent!

The Jefferson hotel is an amazing facility and experience! We had never visited before. It was built in 1895 and has been totally updated. I imagine this is one of only a few resort destinations that exist in the US of this caliber and historic connection. We enjoyed wonderful cocktails from the bar. And explore the common areas which are incredible. Our friends had a room for one night at the very reasonable price of a little less than $300. You will very much enjoy and appreciate the ambience and historical connection is hotel has to Richmond in the US.

What a great place and fantastic experience! We really enjoyed everything from the minute we stepped into the lobby to the moment we walked out. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The area is clean and the on-site restaurants offered a great dining experience. It does come with a decent price tag but is well worth the price.

The room was quite spacious with an bathroom to match including a stand alone bathtub and shower. The towels were soft, fluffy and there were many.
I do wish the afternoon tea had more vegan options than fruit. I also found it slightly annoying that room service charges to send real cutlery to your room (they'll send plastic cutlery for free).

I have been to tea and brunch several times and it's been phenomenal. 2 stars for the reservation service though - in the digital age of virtual queues and sign ups I'm not sure how "keep calling until you don't get a busy signal" is acceptable customer service. Your customer experience starts before the customer walks through the front door and this is definitely, definitely lacking. The Jefferson has an opportunity to upgrade and deliver on its world class reputation.

Front desk staff Could be more knowledgeable and more amicable.
Doesn't feel like a five star hotel purely due to the service, not five star service, even for America (most other countries give star hotels are on top of their game, not usually so in America except for few locations).
Was here to consider a location for a conference, still considering.
