Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Write your claim number down and bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process, Action Collision Repair will do the rest. A direct repair facility is a body shop that works directly with your insurance company as a preferred shop.

Absolute poor repair coordination! Too many hands in the pot. I sent the initial estimate on 6/30 to Brad, called back and was told they’d need to inspect for supplemental. I brought the car in to inspect and picked it up when they finished. I waited patiently, thinking they were taking my business serious and working with State Farm. Called back today and it was like I had never brought my car up or sent the initial estimate email for repairs. Then was told Dec was the earliest the repairs could be made. Just amazed at how a customer can fall through the crack that badly.

I don’t recommend this place at all. They are way overpriced and completely ripped me off. I had to have a fuel pump replaced at the end of July and here it is the middle of December and it has already gone out again. They gave me a low quality fuel pump and charged me near double what it should have been. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Fortunately, I have never had to call on these folks for any major issues. But I have had a few minor problems with my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500. Every time I have taken it to them, not only did they correct the problem, but it was done within an hour or less. Terrific folks and exceptional service. I hope I never need body work on my truck, but if I do, there is no question about who will be doing the work! Customer service and quality work of this caliber are scare commodities these days and these folks excel in both!

Brad at Action Collision has done numerous repairs on our vehicles (hail damage, small dents, driver side collision.....). He has always been upfront and honest with the repairs. The prices have been reasonable and the work is done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Action Collision for any kind of repairs you may need for your vehicle!
