I have never needed a body shop in 25 years of driving so I have nothing to compare the experience to, but I would not hesitate to bring my car to them again. They had the work done much quicker than expected, even with the supply chain woes that everyone is experiencing. They worked directly with USAA and I didn't have to do a thing, other than pick up the vehicle and sign a few things. They are a USAA preferred shop so that helps immensely. I was informed a few times a week, via text, on the status and expected times of completion.

Amazing shop. Second time going to them. First was for small body damage then second for a bad accident. Both times, they were very professional and friendly. Front desk is amazing and very personable. Had two small problems after the second repair and they had me in and problems taken care of the next morning. Highly recommend.

First time to share my experience although we have dealt with them several times in the past ten years. They are awesome. Each time they have worked on our cars we have been more than pleased. They are so great to deal with and work so well with us. It truly is a family business and they treat customers like family. I totally recommend using this business for your collision; etc repairs. We have dealt with Greg several times in the past and this time we dealt with Austin, Nikki, and Liz as well. They are an amazing group to do business with.

Got side-swiped by another driver and after checking around Langford's came up at top of list. Got quote, price was reasonable (given insurance was paying), got regular texts updates throughout the process, was done on time, and most importantly the car came back looking as good as it did off factory floor last year. Less than two weeks after moving to Indy, my 350z hits the pothole from hell. It mangled my front bumper and bent both the passenger front and rear wheels. 4:44am on a Saturday, great night. I call my Insurance company and they recommend Langford Collision Repair. Dustin and his staff got my car back up to par. He made sure all components were back the original shape. Two front lower control arms, rear lower control arm, front bumper, fender skirt, side rail, steering knuckle, ball joint, two reconditioned wheels (looks brand new). I'm sure I missed something but they buttoned up BeatriZ very nicely
