The pictures is faults advertisement of this place they look nothing like the picture these people does nothing for they tenets the places ran down & full mold they don’t wanna fix nothing out here & nobody never in the office the kids out here trash the whole place has no respect for nothing & they play on your stairs & porch

This place is poorly managed, no one is ever in the office during office hours. I was given an appointment date and time, thought maybe someone would be there to assist me being that they're the ones who gave me this appointment, I was wrong. This place has been poorly managed and run for over 5years now. I can see that there's no change what so ever in management and how things are run. Cooperate will be recieving another call from me because that is the only time you get any answers .

Nice size units. Income based. Not so great neighbohood. Walls and floors were very thin. Everything was outdated, floors creaked and were uneven. Neighbors below could hear my every step. Noisey and loud music all weekend long. Would be fine if building floors, walls and windows didnt shake from the loud booming sounds being played. City utilities were sky high, none of the appliances were energy efficient. Be prepared for unknown kids playing on your porch just because. All in all the size of place was good and the afforble rent was a blessing.
