Indian River Apartments is located on Indian River Boulevard just minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean. Our property is what is called a Tax Credit Community. What that means to you is that we are providing a beautiful, quiet community to residents whose incomes fit within certain guidelines. The minimum gross income is based on the size of the apartment and the maximum gross income is based on the number of people living in the household.

This is my first home away from home, and I couldn't have stumbled across a better place. Clean housing, prompt maintenance services, friendly neighbors, an environment that feels safe enough to walk in even past midnight, and lovely greenery around the buildings have made Indian River Apartments a place I can recommend without hesitation. Also, the office personnel, Bobbi and Karen, are extremely helpful and open about the leasing & rental procedures. I could not be more happier living here and I'm proud to call Indian River Apartments my home.

Totally enjoy living here. Moved into to an immaculate apartment. Freshly cleaned carpeting and freshly painted creamy white walls. Everything was working and no leaks anywhere. Anytime I have requested maintenance it is done in an extremely timely manner . I was apprehensive of living in an apartment complex situation as I have always rented a duplex. My neighbors are very nice and mostly quiet and respectful. Grounds are maintained beautifully and pool is clean and very nice. It is pet friendly and the majority of the residents,at least where i walk my dogs, clean up after their dogs. Keren and

I moved here almost 4 years ago - and because I have dogs, I walk around the complex all the time. My favorite walks go around the pond at the entrance - so many birds and fish and other wildlife provide interesting nature moments. I love the interior walkways that wander through the complex. I feel safe and comfortable whether I walk in the early morning or late at night. The office staff and maintenance staff are helpful and caring people, and they are quick to resolve any issue I might have in the apartment.

I moved here 10 days ago to downsize to a one bedroom unit. Every time I met with either Bobbie or Karen ( the management staff) since I expressed an interest in Indian River Apartments was a pleasant experience. They both were extremely helpful with meeting my timeline for the move. Getting the apartment ready for move in while dealing with the Labor Day holiday and then the Hurricane took some doing I'm sure.After reading all of the positive reviews by residents and the negative reviews mostly by people who didn't move in, I know I made the right decision. I have lived here for quite some time now and find it a great community. The people that work here are very caring and always ready to help if there is a problem. Can't say enough about Bobbie, Karen, or Tony. They work hard to keep the community safe. Great to have a pool, playground and clubhouse that hosts many events. Everyone around seems to look out for each other. The location is great and close to all you could possibly need. It has been a wonderful place to live.
