We are open for business and we are conducting limited in-person apartment tours in accordance with CDC safe-distancing procedures. I was at the Pool with my family for not even an hour before the pool people came. The pool closes at 4 it was only 2:50 to avoid them waiting until 4 or saying something to the about the pool not being closed yet I asked my family to exit the pool mind you they didn’t Address us and tell us they’re here to clean the pool we have to get out they just started throwing the chemicals in the pool so I let the pool guy know How disrespectful it was to throw the chemicals in the pool as we were trying to get out Without saying hey you guys have to get out I’m here to clean the pool

I have at Virginia Park apartments been over 5 years. The property manager, Marinely, has done an excellent job in her position, has addressed any maintenance issues, has been professional, and she is an asset to the company. I am sorry to be leaving, but will be buying a house shortly and so time passes. However, this is a great, dedicated and highly professional employee and team, from Marinely, Richard, and Juan. Thanks for a great experience and it's been my pleasure.

I would much rather give this place no stars, but in order to give a review I had to give them one star. First off this place is very unprofessional and they never have there story straight. Marinely tells you one thing and the secretary tell you another. Was told an apartment was available and told my landlord I will not be renewing my lease. Went to move in with all my things to then be told the place isn't available due to the tenants renewing their lease till June, to come back in June. Had a to move into a hotel because of the place I currently was living had new tenants moving in already

This is the second time I have lived at this property. I enjoy the calmness. There is a mixture of ethnic groups and we all respect each other. The new upgrades are great! The only thing missing is a basketball court and a workout room. The property manager is on point with any issues you bring to her attention.

I’ve tried calling management and i never get through to anyone. Lousy maintenance workers and very very lousy management. Very very elapadated, run down and has roaches. I would not recommended this place to anyone. Theses appartments are not worth $900 a month, it looks like a boulevard of broken dreams. 👎🏼

I would not recommend this apartment to anybody! The rent was 750 then new management took over and it's now 899 with nothing new done. The pool is small and always dirty. There are huge potholes all over the complex. The apartment has no storage what so ever.. No linen closets, no pantry, 2 small drawers in the kitchen. The water pressure in my apartment was terrible and the hot water would only last maybe 4 minutes. My water and electric bill was always between 200-250 for only 2 people. The window to the second bedroom was on the walkway so people are always constantly walking by it and would
