My aunt and I were going to go get dinner and upon turning into the restaurant We heard a loud scraping sound and we noticed that the tire was flat it’s about 530 at this point and the shop is gonna close at six I asked the gentleman if he could possibly put air in my tire and sure enough I had that wonderful lug nuts stuck in my tire he pulled it out and patched it up with no problem he was kind and understanding. He even checked out an additional problem and gave us an invoice on fixing that as well he’s the best 100/100 would definitely recommend!!

My vehicle was newly purchased and I didn’t know much of what was causing my car to break down. Hassan gave good advice and recommendations and helped me through my frustration and cluelessness. He fixed my car and gave me a reasonable quote. He fixed my car in a timely fashion and also called to check to see if my car was doing okay after the repair. He’s a good guy and I recommend his services for anyone.

The owner tells you one price and then constantly quotes you other prices. After going to him, I can’t open any car doors or lock them. So I still can’t use the car. He told us the lock issue was on recall and we checked BMW recalls and it’s not. He won’t pay for that issue so it’s like we still don’t have a car that can be driven. We bought an engine and still had to pay twice the cost of the engine for his labor. Horrible experience which made me sad as a black woman thinking I would support a black business. I have a Lexus, Mercedes, & Ford and they work on all 3 vehicles. They do a great job and are always honest about the repairs needed for the vehicle and the time frame the repairs need to be done (if I am on a tight budget at that time). I have taken my cars to the dealership with issues and the dealership was either too high or fixed the wrong thing or couldn’t figure it out. Well H&A did figure it out and fixed my issues. That was years ago and I have been taking my cars to them since then. No need to look further for a shop. H&A is it. They specialize in German cars but they still work on

This is a small but unique shop. The two guys there was very patient. My car needed help.. And the cost that was quoted was better than the dealerships price. The best part about everything is that it was no pressure to do fix anything and there was a payment plan so I was able to get my car fixed with no money down.To think i was just at the car wash and the guy came over to unlock a door. I found this shop through a Groupon deal for a full synthetic oil change. They have BY FAR THE BEST deal on Groupon. Every other place has charged me extra for more than 4 quarts of oil and it ends up being just as expensive or more. Here you can actually take advantage of a good deal. They are taking precautions for COVID-19 and I appreciated that as well. At that time lost my trust in Jeep dealer , some one recommend H&A service place to me I took my car there and I had an amazing experience he was very sweet professional and knowledgable, he pulled all the history and repairs on my car and found the exact problem, spend lot of time on my car but charged me very little compare to dealer
He showed me the part he replaced and explained in detail what exactly was wrong
