I spent over 8k on the Clinton complete exam room furniture package. This has been financed, which i have not missed a payment. I am starting a new business and when the packages were received, the guy who left them had us sign that we received it all, without giving us time to actually review the contents since there were over 20 boxes (large because of the contents).
They did not include a chair for the patient to sit in or a glove box holder. They are now refusing to replace it because they say its been too long. This is absurd, the boxes have been sitting and waiting for the clinic to be open

Terrible customer service and experience! I have ordered tens of thousands of dollars of equipment from this company....and when they shipped the wrong item to us, they refused to take ownership of their mistake. I even have email documentation proving that it is the wrong item that was placed by on of their sales rep. They do NOT care about business relations or doing the right thing! You will be passed around from one customer service rep to another, claiming that the buck stops with them, and that there is nothing they can do. Awful.

I placed an order and the delivery time was pushed back another 20+ days. I searched for reviews and read all the bad experiences. I wished I hadn't placed my order with Tiger Medical. I left an email to customer service with no reply. I was so done with this company. I was taking care of my elderly mom today ((10/07/21) and my mom said call them. I did. I got a young lady by the name of Seychelle. I explained to her my order problem and told her I had placed my order on 9/11/21 and my order updated and delayed to 10/29/21. She put me on hold and worked MAGIC! My shipment was mailed out today

The worst customer service ever!!!!!
Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful!
I order medical supplies and paid for over night shipping come to find out 7 days later still hasn’t been shipped. Spoke to supervisor Tamara/ supervisor and Terry/ supervisor both were very rude and unprofessional and would not allow me to even speak. Tamara and specially Terry arguing that paying for overnight shipping doesn’t mean we get the shipment even after 7 days from day order was placed.
On hold forever for 55 minutes just so they can call their manufacture to find out 7 days later is still wasn’t been

I suggest that if you want to purchase from Tiger Medical, you call the manufacturer and ask any questions you may have. Then, dictate to an operator in the Sales Office at Tiger Medical, exactly what you want. The operators have no idea what they are doing; nor do they care.
I received two quotes from Tiger Medical that were full of errors. I called the manufacturer, Clinton Industries, (on a number of occasions) and they were very helpful. I also visited Clinton's attractive website and found it to be helpful as well.
BEWARE. The shipping information I received was also not complete

I have ordered vascular Doppler, the order was supposed to be delivered in two weeks, I was also ordered on the same order accessories such as US Gel and a case for Doppler, I received in two separate shipment for Gel and Doppler case. However, they told me they are in back order and cannot get Doppler as ordered by shipment date they have promised, sent me email to be delivered around 5/14/21. I was patiently awaiting for the product. Worse yet, when I sent them email today, they told me that the product was delivered on 04/07/21@12.32. The Good thing is that I have all their communication

Do not buy your equipment from Tiger Medical. Go directly to the manufacture. Tiger Medical is a 3rd partly supplier and will not honor their commitment to the customer. I purchased 3 medical charts filing systems from Tiger Medical. It was a nightmare to get the product delivered. Once I received the product I had to assemble the system. Parts were missing, some damaged and no instructions included. I called and emailed Tiger Medical everyday for a week with no response back. Finally on day 8 of calling them they told me I had to go to the manufacture to get resolution and that there was nothing

The website was well organized. that's good. some aren't. i did have a few questions about my syringes. were they luer lok? this is information imo that should be listed because it determines which needles you can use. so i email them with the item numbers. and they say "can you call us". so it appears they can't answer this simple question over email. that's probably when i should have left.

When I placed the order for these masks, the picture of the masks that was on you site, was the pic of a blue mask with the word Gojim (or something similar) written on it. It looked like a substantial, thick mask. I called to inquire about the mask, the woman on the phone told me it was a very good mask, and that the mask on the picture was that mask I would be receiving.
What I received however were 25 paper thin white masks, without any inside layers.

Terrible customer service. I ordered exam beds 1 and a half months ago. They told me that it would be shipped 11 days ago. Each time I called to check status they would say that the phone system was down or that it was not their fault that I do not have my shipment. Naomi is very nonchalant. I will never order from this company again!!! We cannot see patients without exam beds!!!!!
