Please be warned! The testosterone treatment landed me in the hospital because my levels were so high. It had caused my blood to thicken, like syrup. Spent months after discontinuing treatment getting phlebotomies ( draining my blood). Couldn’t sleep, lost 16 lbs. in a month and a half and couldn’t eat. Had to get a psychiatrist and go on medication just to sleep and eat again. My hematologist made me promise to never mess with testosterone again. He had been seeing cases like mine popping up more and more. . The staff is nice but they’re NOT doctors. Worst experience of my entire life!!

I had a great experience here! I had Botox with Pam. She was very knowledgeable and conservative which I appreciated. I’ve had Botox many times in the past from Village Point Medspa and found this experience so much better! Office is small and so personable. No waiting around. I got right in. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! I had come here a few months ago to get lip injections, and Pam did an amazing job. She made sure to inject just the right spots to get my lips perfectly symmetrical. I can happily say that my lips are my favorite feature on my face now! Thanks so much again, will definitely be coming back.

I have been seeing Dr. Hartnett for almost 2 years now and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Not only has she helped get my hormones back on track after years of suffering from early menopause and all the horrific symptoms that go along with that, but she has done so in a caring, professional, and attentive way. She is extremely kind, genuine, and down-to-earth which is SO important when it comes to dealing with such personal complications. I am so grateful I found her.

From the staff to the environment, to the services that they provide; Optima Medical is by far one of the best in town. I've been receiving hormone replacement therapy from Optima Medical since the day they opened and they are very knowledgeable, low pressure and always offer a free consultation.
