My company made a reservation for me a couple of days before my trip. And our admin staff confirmed with them about the reservation again 2 days before the trip. They confirmed through email with confirmation number. However on the day of travel, no car showed up. I called them to confirm and the they told me that there was nothing in their system. They have to made another arrangement. Finally the car came, but with wrong destination. .. very bad experience, will not use again.

Never, ever use this service. I booked a round trip. They were 15 minutes late picking me up on the front end, and then charged me $50 more than was quoted on the website for a run to the Philly airport. Then they left we standing on the curb for for than a half hour on my return and then yelled at me for standing in the wrong place (after I told, the driver four times I was waiting under the giant 6 sign for limos outside the terminal. Treated like an inconvenience to them from the start. Never, ever again.
