I wish I could give 0 stars very horrible services called this morning from the train station guy tells me no one is around and that a cab should pull up at the train station in a few minutes ! Ok fine but this afternoon no one even bothered to pick up I guess all money isn’t needed when it comes to running a business smh ! Thank god for lyft ,Uber & another reliable taxi service.

I called this cab service 9 am twice both times they put me on hold and disconnected and third time said NO Taxi available now ...RUDE & Nonsense behave.than i called 4 other edison cab service almost same behave but 1 taxi came at 9.55 am almost 45 minuts late while my flight from ewr was at 11.15 AM

I called for a Taxi to pick up in Edison and drop off in New Brunswick. She (The operator) told me to call someone else. Wow! I'm assuming it's because of the distance to and from?? She said I should call someone in closer to where I am. Lady, I'm in Edison- like Rt. 1 Edison that's right by New Brunswick???? Wow! Never heard of a taxi company turn down a 20 minute trip and I already planned on tipping. So stranded, I had my phone. I downloaded Uber, added my info, got a ride to me in 4 minutes. Got home in 19 minutes/ 8 miles. No fuss, it was clean, no bad attitude, and no excuse of "I should

Called at 7a for a cab. The operator told me it would be 15 minutes even though I'm less than 2 miles from their dispatch center. Well, 30 minutes later and the driver arrived.
So, plan to call and request a cab for at least 15 min before when you think you actually need it.
He was a nice enough guy but his "short cut" was convoluted & pointless. His car was kind of gross & included pill bottles.

I requested a car at 6am for an early flight. I wanted to get there early obviously so I don't have to run to my flight knowing that the checkpoints can take awhile early mornings weekdays. My driver never showed at 6am and I had to call about a half-a-dozen times before someone working there called me back. Needless to say, the driver showed up 30 mins late. I barely made my flight due to the checkpoint taking over an hour and got there for final boarding 5 mins before takeoff. They told me that the driver had a blown tire which was just something that irritated me beyond words. Just
