A-A Checker Cab has been providing Middlesex County, NJ, and central NJ with reliability and safety since 1946. A-A Checker was established at end of World War II by AJ Provenzano of Highland Park. In the 1970's we became an association and launched the name A-A Checker Cab. We grew from 2 cabs to 15 over this period and established a long and loyal following.
For many people and businesses in Middlesex County, NJ, and central NJ, A-A Checker Cab is the first option to call for transportation services. Our airport taxi service helps clients get to or from the airports and trains in the metro tri-state area, and the drivers can meet you at your baggage claim area.

Ignore negative reviews, this taxi company came through at the final hour when other taxi companies were either charging double the amount or simply not answering. Taxi driver got my family and I on time to the airport and we couldn’t be more thankful.

I just don't get all of those bad reviews. We have used Aa Checker for fifteen years and if you know how their system works they are better than any of the others. We discovered then after a no-show from a car service.
You have to get the right team. Randy's team are the guys who have to ask for: Pallie, Robbie, Richie are all great, reliable, friendly drivers. They are always right on time and are great at EWR on pickups. We've even used them for trips to LGA and JFK. None better.
On occasion I'll get a new driver who doesn't know the area or how to use a GPS but that

I was drive on line traffic. I saw a taxi try cut line block interested on traffic light and block drive way if something coming car hit to taxi with customer. This so horror bad service and scary dangerous driver. I have photo evidence. Taxi number is # 11 and no idea who did bad drive dangerous. By September 23 th Monday and 6:59 pm. It yesterday.

Service is so bad, give you attitude and rude drivers, slow will never be calling them I used to be a regular called 4 times a day but the way they treated me so badly, I have let my friends aware and we all on the same page, not professional, we are college students that produced 30% of their profit

My wife, my two daughters and I were passengers in one of the cabs from this company and, unfortunately, the taxi driver crashed with another vehicle in our way to the NY Airport.
Fortunately, nobody was hurt. However, the paramedics who took care of our babies, told us that we need to have a general check up at the closest hospital.
AA Checker never took responsibility of the bills from that day (medical bills/flight tickets).
I tried to contact the owner but they never returned my calls.
After a further investigation with the driver's Insurance company, I found that this taxi company

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with these guys. I called an hour and a half in advance to reserve a taxi for a specific time to take me over to the New Brunswick train station from Highland Park. Not only were they 15 minutes late, but when I called the taxi service to check on the status of the taxi, they were short with me and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Do not plan to use in the future.

I called at 6:30am for a cab to my house at 6:50am. I was waiting outside before 6:50am, but cab did not come. I called at 6:53am and was assured cab is on its way, but by 7am there was still no cab, even though it only takes 5 minutes from their location to my house. I then had to run to the train station in the freezing cold weather with a cold and heavy luggage and was lucky to make it just in time NO THANKS to this cab service. The operators was also very rude. If you want to get somewhere on time DO NOT CALL THEM. I will never use them again or recommend them.

I called today for a quote on a taxi ride and the response I received after being ignored the first time, since I called twice, is "Are you kidding me? I can't help you." If that is the way that they treat people, I am surprised that they are still in business! You ought to look ANYWHERE ELSE for good transportation.
