The effects of the current realities we are facing in the world have a direct impact on our mental health. It's important now, more than ever, to receive the support you need to stay mentally and emotionally healthy. If you or a family member are feeling stressed, anxious, worried - now is that time to feel supported by a licensed professional.

Please give me a call or text if you'd like to set up a time for us to chat. It's to time to get yourself the help you deserve so we can move through these challenging times together. I have spent the majority of my life submerged in the changing seasons of New England. Experiencing the visual reminders of the transforming environment has served as a catalyst in my personal and professional growth.

I'm a licensed Therapist in the South Austin/Buda area, and love what I do for a living! I believe that what sets me apart from other therapists is that I know who I am passionate about working with and prefer to focus my energy on those specializations. In turn, you can expect my full attention and expertise with these specific populations and conditions.
Is your son/daughter having emotional challenges that are breaking your heart to witness? I believe every behavior is the attempt to communicate an emotion, need or want. I enjoy helping children use their creativity to better understand themselves and navigate their emotions from the inside out. Being a teenager can be challenging and overwhelming.
I believe that in our culture, there is a negative stigma about aging. There are countless negative connotations surrounding, the elderly, senior citizens or old people -whatever the choice of words may be. I also believe that it does NOT have to be that way. You are important, you do matter and you do belong.
Dance/movement therapy (DMT) is defined by the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA) as the psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration of the individual, for the purpose of improving health and well-being.

It is a holistic approach to healing, based on the empirically supported assertion that mind, body, and spirit are inseparable and interconnected; changes in the body reflect changes in the mind and vice versa.Dance/movement therapy, as a wellbeing approach, links body and feelings through movement and creates new experiences and synaptic connections.
