I lived in this hospital for three years long long ago when I was just a child I was diagnosed with perthies and Dr. Katz surgically put a wire in my hip in hopes that blood vessels would grow around it. My mom love me so much she did not want me to miss any kind of school and this place had a score. I remember the maintenance guy named Ray he was a great guy my legs were put in a V brace and this hospital at the time had these things look like stretchers they were called Blithe mobiles I spent three years there over 55 years ago and because the staff was very caring I don’t feel I was gypped

One of the worst rehabilitation hospitals out there. First they cut up some of the clothes for my son. Then they leave my son crying through the night. Then I was told by Jennifer, the nurse practitioner, that the reason why they couldn't take my son's feeding tube out was because they didnt have enough staff to bottle feed him. Not only that they took my son off of solids and now only have him being formula feed. Not only that the staff broke one of my son's electrical toys and still had him playing with it. I still have yet to hear back from them about that. Now they got my 10 month old on a

Initially when I knew my daughter was being transferred to Blythedale from the Nicu I was extremely apprehensive about this place due to the location. However, I am glad that I listened to my daughters team of doctors when they said Blythedale was the best. From the onset everyone was so nice and friendly. The best side manner of the Nurses and each staff member at Blythedale is impeccable and Dr. Davidson . Coming from a first time mom with a 24 weeker( micropremie), the care that my miracle baby received was the best. Thank you Blythedale fir helping my daughter and making me feel like I could

Blythedale is an amazing place to be in. I was admitted to Blythedale on Friday, January 29, 2021. I was nervous to arrive because I was getting into a new environment. When I got there many people came in to welcome me. They gave me a folder with papers for me to read about the hospital, which I think it's really amazing. The dietician came in and gave me my menu for the week. Yes! You can choose between 2 meals you would want to eat. They have breakfast at 8:30 AM, Lunch at 12PM and Dinner at 5PM. They give amazing foods and they are professionally served. They give you a large tray, with REAL

I went to Blythedale Children's Hospital a couple years ago when I was a teenager with a group of others around my age. We were there to volunteer for the day and throw a party for them. The staff that greeted us had us sit in the lobby area for some time before finally ushering us into the room that we would meet the kids we would hang out with for the day. We were briefly told about their digital automated medicine tracker/organiser which impressed me back then.
I didn't see many staff around the front desk. Which I'm assuming is because of the automated system. The hospital felt a little hollow

Most people there are nice. The doctor on first floor Davidson, nonchalant attitude. Literally said whatever when asked about formula change. There’s little communication with staff. Leaves one nurse with 5 babies. Can just tell most people lost their compassion already.

This facility is extremely well kept. It is very colorful and clean, and they designed it so it looks much more homey than a typical hospital. The staff(from the doctors to nurses to all the therapists and teachers) are all extremely friendly and professional. Their passion for catering for children is so obvious when you observe them caring for the children.
