Our buyers get a full service experience, but unlike other agents we offer 1% of the purchase price to use towards your closing costs! Purchase a home with AgentChase and receive 1% of the purchase price back towards your closing costs. When purchasing an existing home with AgentChase you will receive a buyer rebate at closing equal to 1% of the purchase price.
Our Savvy Seller program offers the same services as a traditional agent, but no site visits. Learn more below. Using the Savvy Seller Program is the most cost effective option, while still giving you the full support of an agent. The cost of our Savvy Seller Program is $995 plus a commission of 2-3% for the buyer's agent all taken out at closing.
Our Property Management clients love our fees and love the fact that we communicate and meet deadlines. We offer a flat monthly management fee of $79 per month. This is charged when a tenant is in place, or if we are prepping the unit for a new tenant. We offer simple flat rate pricing to help you get the most from your investment.

AgentChase has done an exceptional job of managing the rental of my condo for the last 3 years. They have quickly identified excellent renters each time the unit has been empty (3 different renters to date) and have kept me apprised of any items that need attention.
