Owner of Body Be Well - Certified Pilates Teacher, Holistic Nutrition professional and author, Chelsea Streifeneder wants you to live well and feel your best every day. With over a decade of experience, Chelsea has been featured in Prevention, Women's Health, Hudson Valley Magazine, Pilates Style Magazine, and more.
We have two fully-equipped Pilates studio locations in New York's Hudson Valley - in Red Hook & Catskill. We also offer online options (live and recorded) and custom or at-home training. All studio classes & sessions are taught by certified Pilates professionals and last 45 minutes in order to allow time to clean and get clients in and out of the studios safely.
We are currently accepting bookings for private, semi-private & trio sessions in both studio locations and are providing additional classes online. However, if you have equipment at home, virtual private coaching appointments can be arranged. If you prefer to download the class, please feel free - the download icon will be located at the top of the screen.

When it comes to food and what we should eat, I'm the first to admit it's confusing as heck. Is it organic? Does this have too much sugar? Is this gluten-free? Does it have too many carbs because I don't eat carbs during the week.sometimes it all just feels like madness! Starvation cleanses aren't something that I recommend to anyone and strict diets don't work.

The only interaction I've ever had with Body Be Well Pilates, is through text message. Twice in the past two years, I've received multiple text messages, addressed to Cheryl.
I've called and tried to sort it out with them a couple times, being assured that the mistake was corrected. After a solid 6mo or better of not hearing from them, I received a huge text message from Karen at 11:02pm, last night.
While I can't speak for their quality of service, the organization of the staff seems to be a bit sub-par.
UPDATE: 11:20pm, tonight. Get it together, Karen...
