Cycle West was started in 1969 by Ernie and Margie Cabral with an original Suzuki dealership in Petaluma, CA. That's 51 years now! Ernie and Margie took over the Petaluma Honda Motorcycle dealer and moved into that location in 1990. Since then they have adjusted to the times and served the community all while retaining their original owner status since the beginning of the Japanese motorcycle presence here in the United States.

My experience is quite long to tell but Ted C. isn’t your regular sales guy, he takes pride of his family business and will take the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy with their purchase.

I had been hunting for a specific bike for months and found it on their site in stock. Called and was able to lock it down with ease. I bought my 2018 gsxr1000r at this place, from the owner! They had exactly what I wanted in stock! I had been to 15 other places at least and they all had excuses but no bikes! I later wanted a new gsxr750 they had it in stock and hauled it Reno for pick up! I will only buy another bike here- first class place! Thank you Mardge!

I would love to support this place, and have supported it since I’ve owned my dirt bike, with service and part pickups. However, I’ve been spoken to rudely multiple times over the phone, and hung up on mid-conversation for seemingly no reason whatsoever. Every time I’ve been inside the store, they’re the nicest people, so I’m not sure where their shortness on the phone is related to, but it’s sounded like the same person a few times now. I would really like to give a good review but this happening multiple times makes no sense.

Received real bad service from them many years ago. Thought I'd give them another chance, just purchasing a gasket. Removed part from my motorcycle, only to find I had to make another trip back as it was the wrong part. Somebody "labeled it wrong". Too bad, it's just down the street from my place of work. I'm sure there are many good things others can say about them.

Awesome dealership, honest and professional sales people. I called over 15 Nor Cal dealers looking for the best deal on a Honda Grom. This place was the best deal and also the second closest location so it made it an easy choice who to give my money to. Wes is the man and if you need a Honda go buy it from him!!

I came in a couple weeks ago to get a new starter for my atv. Great service and Wes was very nice. I looked at a few new atvs knowing I would need one soon.
Well... today I sold my old atv and came back knowing get my needs and hoping to give my buisness to them. My farm is in petaluma so I try to keep it local.
The owners are very nice and the husband knows a ton about atvs. He helped me make my decision by clearing up a few questions and lowed me to test driving a few. The wife has some great stories and is also very sweet. Their pricing is fair but North Bay Motor Sports beat their prices

I was halfway through my Oregon Coast Highway trip from Denver, CO when I found a nail in my tire. I found this shop passing through town and explained my situation to them. They were very accommodating and friendly, considering my timeline, and installed a new set of tires without any problems. They were definitely a life saver!

The lady that works on the floor is very rude if you are not white. I observed her speaking to a white delivery man and signing for a package. Then another delivery man came in that was not white and she told him his scanner that you sing on has germs and that she doesn't have time to sign for the package and that she is busy. Even tho she just used the same type of device and did not complain about germs to the white man.

I've had great service on Suzuki Intruder 800, a Honda Rebel, and a GZ 250. When Suzuki offered the 0% interest on new bikes, it was a no brainer to buy a V-Strom 650 at Cycle West. They gave me a great deal on the bike and accessories. It definitely is personal service and to me, dealing directly with local owners is a good thing.

Just bought a new 2012 RMZ450. This my my second bike from them., had a 2010. Very friendly and honest people. Fair pricing and they really take care of their customers if you need some help. They have helped me numerous times on quickly getting a part or accessory and even a "Cycle West Customer "discount from time to time.

Needed a spring clip for the disc caliper after firing the original into the shrubs somewhere. I asked them to also replace the caliper piston seals as it looked like one piston was seized. I had the whole caliper off the bike so just left it with them on a Saturday. It took 30 minutes to drop off and order the parts as the computer kept crashing while she was looking up the parts and streaming a motocross race from back East. By the following Friday, I had not heard back so I called the shop. The owner kept putting me on hold and finally said she'd call me back. I got on ebay to start
