Steve honestly gave us the bad news. We had to install a French drain all around our finished basement. Gad zooks! Our house was simply too close to the water table and we regularly experienced flooding, even with a sump pump already installed. The good news was that he and his team expeditiously and expertly installed it for a fair price. I'd recommend Real Dry Waterproofing to anyone who needs help with a real wet basement.

Steve and his team came by my place and professionally identified that my sump pumps had some issues, and within a day were back to do a professional replacement job in less than 1 hour. The new work is professional, solid and the team Steve brought were all professional, took Covid seriously and wore masks when asked, I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again.

I had a pipe separate from my sump pump. Steven came over to check out the issue and found that my pipe and sump pump were completely clogged. He replaced the clogged pipe and the sump pump and made sure everything was all set. He was very quick to respond to messages and got the job done quickly.
