I needed a bankruptcy lawyer and was referred by a friend of mine to Mr. DeLuca. What could have been just an anxiety filled process, there was none of that dealing with Anthony DeLuca. I didn't think the lawyer would be there to see you or handle your case, that you would be dealing with a colleague or partner. But he was there and he answered every question I had regarding the process. While it was great to deal with mr. DeLuca, his assistant DJ was awesome! She was great at answering my questions. DeLuca & Assoc was my first stop on a long list of lawyers to consult about filing Ch. 13. The receptionist was nice enough, giving me some paperwork to fill out while waiting for Mr. DeLuca. He had actually been referred to me by another lawyer who I trust and have had a very good experience with, so I figured this might be a one-stop shopping trip. I didn't have to wait very long, which was appreciated. Where my dissonance is coming from is how Mr. DeLuca presented himself and handled our chat. He seemed very distracted and semi-present at the meeting, barely engaged in the conversation

Brandon Allen was assigned my case had he made things great. My BK took longer than usual due to a divorce in the middle of things. Brandon Allen was helpful, understanding and easy to deal with. I went through my first and only bankruptcy in 2010. I researched many places in Las Vegas and decided on Deluca & Associates because of the extremely friendly telephone staff and affordable payment options. I was always surprised by how knowledgeable and courteous the staff was whenever I called or stopped by. Bankruptcy is not a pleasant experience, engendering feelings of inadequacy and not a little humiliation. DeLuca & Associates, however, made it as palatable and painless as one could possibly expect. I haven't been able to reach anyone regarding my bankruptcy, so I've decided to let them keep the 200$ I've already paid and move on to a new attorney! What's so sad is that my mom used to work for this law firm before she passed, and I felt comfortable with them, but nobody returns phone calls and promises about cost were made and not kept! It's disappointing but I should have known that that's the type of service I would get when they offered a slight discount to put a great Yelp review.... And then never followed through!

My experience with this bankruptcy firm was, all in all, a pretty darn good one! While it started off a little rocky, I really came to appreciate what it is they are doing for people in a financial bind.
I developed a great deal of respect for one of their employees. His name is Brandon and he really knows his stuff! Also, I have to mention another employee by the name of DJ. Every time I called the office and she answered the phone, she treated me with courtesy and respect.

I went In for my initial meeting and got all the info and paid the retainer. After a few months I didn't have the money to start the process, then more time passed. I got a few promo emails from them. I emailed them inquiring about the initial payment and was told that I could set up a monthly payment plan and the initial amount paid would be applied to balance. I must say I was happy because I figured the money was lost since I let so much time go by. Let's just say I had to pay a pretty large sum so I had a way to go

You guys are the best! Where do I start .... from calling in for an appointment on a Monday morning, to having my petition prepared and filed by the Wednesday of the same week to stop a garnishment!! ;)

Had wanted to file ch. 7 about a year ago and I made an appointment for 1:30pm. Well, the girl at the desk couldn't come in to tell me at 1:50, that the God, DeLuca Himself, wasn't back from lunch yet! Apparently my time isn't worth his time. Don't see DeLuca and assc. ALSO: 9/17/2015: This is all my personal opinion. There is no slander involved in my opinion. I am editing it b/c I am being 'sued' for free speech by the law office. This is fact. Everything else is my opinion. Enjoy.
