Ladies if you want beautifully fuller lips go see Caitlin. She is amazing!. I went in for laser hair removal and lip fillers. This was my first time ever doing either procedure and I was extremely nervous, but Caitlin was very caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She explained both procedures to me as well as the healing process and answered any questions I had and gave me exactly what i asked for, Beautifully full lips. She even checked up on me a couple days after to make sure I was healing well. I couldn't be more pleased. :)

I scheduled an appointment for an IPL and during my treatment I learned that the person performing my procedure had about a year of experience (that's being generous) and had received a certificate for beauty services in Dallas AND THATS IT.
1 year later I still have some light marks from the session and my skin's texture does not look the same or better. I am aware that they say "do multiple sessions" for results BUT I'm not going to risk that with a spa. I learned my lesson.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I paid for 6 sessions which is what they said was the required amount of visits for laser hair removal. At first it seemed like it was working perfectly but fast forward and all the hair is still there. It’s not even thinner or anything. It’s like I never even had the treatment done. I even mentioned to the lady that I had previous laser hair removal at Ideal Image for a completely different area and was extremely happy with the results and never had any hair return but I was not interested in paying their high rates. I've gotten 4 IPL's at Elements Laser Spa in N. Austin. The first 2 were amazing with Nicole but now that she is gone, the service is terrible. I did my 3rd IPL with someone they recommended & it did absolutely nothing. I contacted management & they responded that they would redo it so I went in for a 4th one with a different person & they charged me! The girl had no idea what had happened & said management would call in a couple days. It's been over a week. I contacted them again & no response. I had my second IPL done on my hands today. I felt like the tech wanted to do as little as possible and get me out of there. Almost five hours later, I don't see any evidence of the treatment- nothing similar to the first time I had it done- also at Elements but with a different tech.
Plus the tech told me that the owner had changed his policies since my original treatment. Last time the tech did my hands and lower arms. This one would only do my hands. (She said that this was the owner's new policy with Groupons and that she would "lose her license" if she did more.) I

I bought a Groupon from these people. I called a few times and got an answering machine. They finally called me back and I wanted to book an appointment. They told me I had to wait for a doctor to call me next week. I'm sitting here by my phone waiting for them to call me with no specific time. Finally somebody called me, and she was wonderful and nice. It's not the best system in the world. Especially because they can only call in the early evening.

I've made an appointment for skin tightening 3 times. Each time they called right before the appointment to tell me they can't do it because they are out of gel for the machine. This last time they finally checked on why they are always out of gel, she came back on the phone to tell me they weren't offering that service anymore. They could have told me that 6 weeks ago! They did say I could go to the downtown location for the service. I already tried that too. After paying $25 to park, the machine wouldn't work! Poorly run as far as my experience. I can't really comment

If you're looking to have an IPL laser treatment done I highly recommend Nicole located at the north location. I was pretty nervous going in, but she made me feel right at ease. Not only does she have an awesome personality, she is SO knowledgeable about skincare and treatments and her enthusiasm for what she does really shines through! I saw Nicole about a week ago for an IPL on face and chest and while I have very little discoloration on my face I always do both areas and oh my what a difference it makes when you turned up the setting on my chest! I just completed my second IPL treatment with Nicole at Elements Spa. I have had a couple of IPL's at other places with minimal results. I am so glad that I found Nicole. I was so pleased with the results from my first visit that as soon as the requisite month long wait was up I went in for round two. Nicole makes the process as painless as possible. What a disaster. Went in for a second IPL, no problems with the first. The second however burned and blistered my face. It was painful and ugly! I call to report and send pics and they are all sympathetic and want to be of assistance and give advice to keep my face clean and stay out of the sun (duh). Promise to make good on any scarring and to check in with me frequently - NEITHER HAPPENS. Nicole is one of a kind. I walked into the building a little nervous and uneasy and she completely eased my worries. I had gotten laser hair removal once before and the process was so painful I had to leave. I got recommended by a friend for Nicole's service and she was so sweet!! She constantly asked if I was okay, if I was comfortable, and if the pain level was bearable. She was very gentle with her procedures too, which takes skill. 10 out of 10 recommend! Ask for Nicole.

Nicole is the best laser technician for IPL's at Elements Laser Spa. Ask for her if you want a thorough, cautious and methodical approach to your laser treatments. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and could tolerate the intensity of the laser before moving on. I just had my final treatment on most my package and left with 3 very visible burns on my face around my lip area.
I am black and had my previous 5 treatments with a revolving door of technicians so perhaps that lack of continuity on the business end contributed to my current situation. I go on holiday in a few days and will be out there looking crazy with my scarred face.
If you're a person of color I strongly suggest that you find a technician who has a similar skin tone as they will probably be more attentive to your skin's needs and limits

I am an Asian female, extremely fair skinned (think vampire) with dark pigmented hairs, so naturally I did see results with laser hair removal, after about the 4th appointment or so. My results though vary widely depending on which part of the anatomy you ask.
On my underarms, given its flat surface, is essentially hair-free with the occasional straggler I have to shave every few weeks. Would definitely say this was a laser

I get my nose veins lasered away here. They're very flexible give good advice and it's good/price quality. My wife went to the downtown one too once and she was very happy with them too.
All in all - good stuff. I'm a big fan of Holly. Good information on how to behave to avoid it coming back and general skin advice too. She's not ambiguous about it and that helps.
