I had been considering laser for months and Michelle was able to answer all of my questions and recommend the best treatments for me, on top of being super nice, professional, and making me feel comfortable. I only wish I had gone to her sooner! It is truly life changing and so quick to get done so you can easily do during a workday. I have since added other areas and plan to add more!

You will not find a better person to get laser hair removal from in Austin, Michelle is by far the best there is. Not only does she use the best laser machine on the market, which means you’re getting the most effective treatment possible, but she is extremely knowledgeable and transparent. It’s easy to book appointments and she provides great recommendations on the frequency of treatments needed, so you get the best bang for your buck. I have been to multiple laser clinics, across multiple states and this is definitely the best laser spa I've been to. I found a groupon and typically don't have super high expectations in service when I buy something off Groupon but man was I not only wrong, but I was in luck! I had all of my questions answered, learned things, and honesty am the smoothest I've ever been !! Even without a groupon prices are fair and worth every penny! I am impressed with how thorough and time efficient my treatment was, and I'm super excited to continue my laser journey no place other than Smooth

A friend connected me with Michele when I decided I wanted to try out laser hair removal under my arms. The process was so reasonably priced and easy that I quickly added on other areas. Michele explains the process clearly, is really patient and checks in to make sure it's not too painful, and is really efficient and thorough. Even scheduling is super easy and she just brought in someone to cover Saturdays! I'm not even done but I'm loving the results across the board. I can't recommend Michele enough!

Michelle is friendly, professional, and flexible. I had laser hair removal for my underarms. It's been a few months since my last treatment (7 sessions total). I'd say 50% of my hair has grown back, but it's all very fine. None of the thick/coarse hair has grown back, so shaving is a snap. No more razor rash!

I started my laser hair reduction journey a decade ago at a different spot in Austin. I experienced acceptable results after 10 treatments, but nothing like the results I have received from the 5 I have had from Michele at Smooth Laser!! She is very professional and upfront with what to expect from the treatments, and I could not be more satisfied with my results. Michelle is professional and so thorough with her work. She prepares you beforehand for your treatments with objective information and instruction. She is also very accommodating. I was not able to complete out my treatment sessions with her because I am moving out of town, but Michelle was so generous and promptly refunded the costs of the remaining treatments I had. I cannot recommend Smooth Laser Spa highly enough! I started getting semi-regular full Brazilian laser hair removal treatments last year at a well-known and good laser clinic in Austin. For my first session, I got Michelle as my tech (she now owns and operates Smooth Laser Spa, but last year, I met her while she was working at this other clinic).
