Owner, Heidi Fischer has been serving the Austin community doing hair removal and skin rejuvenation for almost two decades. We have been offering hair removal services here in Austin for 20 years and are experts at waxing - which could be quite a tricky undertaking. We specialize in bikini waxing for women (especially Brazilians) and back waxing for men.
Electrolysis has been around since the 1890s getting rid of unwanted hair. A tiny needle is inserted into the hair follicle. The needle is heated and will damage the tissues in the hair producing area, so that follicle if treated in the right stage of growth, will usually not produce another hair. A series of treatments are needed to effectively treat all the hair in an area, because only one hair at a time is being treated.

I've had a good treatment, but the last one missed random strips of hair. They were going too fast.
On top of that, they ask you to tip (15%+) of the total treatment cost. Rather than baking this price in, they have decided it's appropriate to treat a cosmetic procedure like a dinner at Chili's, even though you don't know how good (or bad) the outcome is for a week and a half after.

Casey is a magnificent laser hair removal technician! She has amazing bedside manner, and always makes sure your doing okay throughout your service. I also love that the office is always clean, and has a lovely fragrance floating around in the main waiting area that changes seasonally. It's a wonderful office all around, and I'm happy I found them.

I’ve had a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at ease. Cori is amazing at what she does! You can tell she loves her job and it is a passion. She made me feel very comfortable. If you’re looking for a laser hair removal center this is a great place! You get the best treatment. I have been to another place for treatment and this is by far superior.

This is THE place to get laser hair removal! Last year was my first time ever getting laser hair removal so I was super nervous, but Chelsea assured me I was in good hands. I kid you not when I tell you I trust Chelsea with every part of my body. That women works magic. She's attentive, kind, caring and does an IMMACULATE job. I refer all my friends to her because she truly knows what she's doing. I wouldn't trust anyone else but her!!!

The technician, Casey, was SUPER friendly and gave me all the information. She even offered helpful advice as to what was necessary and what was a waste of money. A true woman's woman. She told me everything I needed to know--the process, the pre and after care, the pain to expectant, and all else.
They also have great pricing. The place itself is super nice and clean and comfortable. I ended up booking for my first appointment

I found Alite Laser on yelp. I have had two laser hair removal treatments on three areas. I am so pleased with the professionalism at Alite. The staff is kind and extremely helpful. They take time on each area and go at the pace you need. Even though it's painful, they keep your mind off the pain. I also enjoy how they take the time to get to know you. I 100% recommend this place for laser hair removal treatments. I am already seeing results & I can't wait for the final results.

I’ve been seeing Cori for laser hair removal. My only regret is not doing this for myself years ago! We did full Brazilian and underarms and I am just beyond pleased with the outcome. I can’t remember the last time I even had an ingrown hair. No more razor bumps, ingrown hairs, irritation or anything. Just perfect smooth skin and I’m obsessed. Casey did my laser hair removal today and I couldn't be more pleased with the results or the experience. I was a little nervous that it would be awkward since it was my first time, but it was quite the opposite! Rather than feeling like a random stranger was spreading my buttcheeks, it was like an old friend was trying to help a sister out. A+ conversation and minimal pain-- 10/10 would do again.

The girls here have all been super kind, attentive and understanding. The laser treatment itself isn't the most pleasant experience but they will make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the entire time. I've only started my treatment so I can't say how effective it is just yet so I'll update as I continue my treatment. Looking forward to my progress!

This is a long overdue review- I've been going to Alite since 2012, first in RoundRock then the downtown location. Dawn is amazing- and very sweet!
The girls upfront at the downtown location are sweethearts!
I received laser hair removal at other places when I first started my (no hair journey) and it would never work.

I've been to see Valerie for sound therapy a few times now. Each time, she has taken extra care to make sure I'm getting the precise treatment my body needs. Her personalized care is something not commonly found these days.
The time and effort she gives is unparalleled. When I visited last, the Tibetan singing bowls were a beautiful addition to the service I had before.
