We are pet friendly! We welcome your small fish tanks and most other caged animals to your new apartment. We also welcome up to 2 dogs or cats with some breed restrictions. There is an additional non-refundable one time pet fee up front of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
With your application, there is a $35 non-refundable application fee per adult to reside in the apartment, along with a $100 administration fee, which is refundable if not approved.Upon signing your lease, a security deposit of $250 up to 1 month's rent is required. This is fully refundable upon move out assuming return condition acceptable.
