Things have improved after my initial posting.I also spoke in person to the manager who was very receptive and concerned that about my experience.He apologized and was sincerely concerned about the issues I had and indicated that he would speak directly to housekeeping as most of my issues involved that department.As a good Will token he did adjust my bill.So I would stay here again because at the end of the day the hotel is beautiful.The lesson I have learned is that if there is an issue with your room,go to reception and speak to the manager.The issues will be rectified much faster.

If there were an option for ZERO STARS I would have chosen that. The management is not there to help out. We moved in with no air conditioning and it took 4 days for someone to get it working. We lost our job and found someone to sublet the apartment and they said “it wasn’t doable” - when is that ever not doable?? They “terminated the lease” but still made us pay out the entire lease when we found someone to take it over. Do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!!!!!

UPDATE: Bumping the review up to 3 stars. After being connected with an individual on the team using their personal email, as opposed to the generic support email, I was able to get quality support. It seems that not all of the emails sent to the generic support email make it through, which can make conversations with the team very confusing and repetitive.
TLDR: Extremely disorganized support email

Great place to live! The property manager is outstanding and on top of any issue requiring attention. The maintenance staff are prompt, kind, and experts at fixing everything. The apartments are new and have many wonderful extras, like deep stainless steel sinks, double vanities, huge showers and tubs, and oversized rooms. The Julep model has floor to ceiling windows that provide amazing views of the sunrise or sunset, depending on which side of the building you're located.

I spent a memorable year at this residence and would definitely stay again if I ever find myself in Louisville. Shannon was truly accommodating every step of the way and always made sure there are new or improved amenities. The residence is dog friendly and includes a dog play room/ pet wash. Two thumbs up for this residence.

Shannon Humphries is a true professional and is highly effective in managing the Omni Residences. Her and her incredible team, led by Jimmy and that includes David and Jodi, were incredible helping me through all phases of clean up and restoration after a disastrous flood in my unit that happened just before Christmas. They coordinated restoration, painting, and flooring vendors to bring my unit back to perfect condition just in time for my daughter to arrive before Christmas. My husband and I relocated to Louisville and we decided to sign a one-year lease at the Residence at the Omni. We'd looked at other apartments in town however we loved what this apartment had to offer in comparison to others. When we moved to Louisville, I was seven months pregnant. We had a wonderful time living at the Residence of the Omni until we found a mouse in our unit. Before we had discovered that the building had a rodent issue, there wasn't much we could complain about. In all, we LOVED the place. It was a great place to experience but I couldn't see myself living here for a long time. I recently moved from the Omni I enjoyed my view it was worth every penny spent. Some of the other residents might have been a lil races. The staff very helpful but management has a little communication problem. They just created rules after being open for so long. Security don't patrol anybody can get into the building by the way of security opening the door for them. The security dexter he is amazing I think he is the only one that does his job. Parking is to high and shared with the public

This hotel is so beautiful! I love all the local touches put into it. The bowling alley has some great drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. I purchased a cheesecake from the little grocery store and it was excellent. We don't have one complaint about this place. It was superb!!
