I cannot say enough good things about this company. Jason and Luke were exceptional! They helped reinforce our basement walls while explaining the entire process during and after the process.
They were a really professional team, were respectful about COVID precautions and cleaned up nicely.

Installation of (3) Intellibrace beams to mitigate a foundation wall's lean and bow... Jason and Luke arrived on-time, assessed the situation, and communicated two issues with the predetermined plan: I-beam location(s) relative to the sump well, and existence of a drain tile system. After locating and measuring the poured footings, they came up with and explained a reasonable work-around. Jason and Luke were professional, personable and extremely patient and tolerant to all my questions! Thanks, guys!

Derek, Zack, Lance, Adam just left. All 4 guys did a great job. Very professional. Explained each step as they went. They made sure not to do loud work during my meeting that I had while they were here working in my basement. I was very appreciative of that. They were very patient with my dog who wanted to be part of their team. If it wasn't for the noise that there work causes, I wouldn't have even known they were here. Derek took the extra time and explained exactly how the pump is going to work and what warning signs to watch for. I saw some of the mess while they were working and I was worried

Aboude came out to assess some cracking in our basement walls we discovered after removing drywall that was water damaged. I really appreciated his recommendations and transparency about how to tend to the issue. He was very professional and explained things clearly. Not only would I hire this company to repair the wall, but I really wish I had hired this company months back to install the drain tile and sump pump after having a terrible experience with a different company.

I would like to say the crew Derek, Roel, Zack E and Preston did a outstanding job. They worked long hours to get the job completed. They respected my home and had everything clean at the time they left. I an extremely happy with improvements they did to my crawlspace and installation of pump and dehumidifier. I feel that the encapsulation of the area will improve the quality of the air in my home. Thank you very much for your hard working crew.

Gregg came out for our annual maintenance check on our basement system. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful to suggest how to keep our sump running more efficiently.
Also, he noticed our front concrete walkway has some issues and he made suggestions on a repair. We were happy to work with Innovative on this project as well.

Eduardo S and Isaac came to help us with our basement waterproofing which was a two day project. They were on time each day and kept us updated on the progress. Eduardo went above and beyond to explain the process and answer all of my questions. They were kind and professional, making sure to communicate with me on their arrival and completion. They did a nice job on the basement and cleaned up the mess afterwards. It was easy to see they cared about the project getting done properly as their work was efficient and of high quality.
