We have used this bank for over 26 years. We love them, they are always willing to help out. We like all others have had good years and tough times and they have always tried to assist when they can. We have tried several times to do a home loan with them but they only do so many we are told and so have always had to go elsewhere. However, they have done our auto loans for years. I became a member in early 2020 and apparently, things have changed for the better and I can recommend this credit union without any hesitation. Pre-COVID, I was always greeted by a kind and helpful teller. Post-COVID, I have relied on the drive-thru and the service there is equally accommodating (and I can be a tough customer, asking numerous questions).

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. There is a reason this place has less than a 2 star rating. This is THE WORST experience I have had with a bank. As a public servant for the City of Aurora, I wanted to step try a credit union and put my money back into the city. Nope. Nope. Nope. Sooooo many issues. They are so behind on the services other banks provide. Your online balance lags and doesn't show your correct balance. They will charge you late fees for over a week before you're notified, even if you have the money in another account and could have easily transferred

I WOULD NOT WISH THIS BANK ON MY WORST ENEMY.
I went into this bank back in late Sept 2019 looking to use my debit card to take $ out. First off, it was like a GHOST TOWN inside--no manager greeting me, no tellers, NOBODY. There is just these 2 people looking at a phone in the foyer. One of them tells me to go outside and use the drive-thru ATM. Even though the alarms are going off in my head, I stupidly follow the directions.
Now fast fwd a month later to last night. Someone attempted to take money out of that same drive-thru ATM with my credit card number not once, not twice, THREE TIMES

I would not recommend banking with this credit union. They are WAY behind the times with banking online. They spent all this money on a new location and a brand new building but they couldn't spend any money to upgrade their website or give more options for bill pay. Once my loan is paid off with them, I will no longer be wasting my time with them. I am banking at another federal credit union simultaneously and there's no contest. I called this bank on Monday in regards to an issue I had with a transfer of funds. My debit card has been declined on every transaction since. I believe the woman I spoke with de-activated my card because I told her that due to poor service I wanted to have her mail me the paper work to close my account and she said they would mail me my remaining balance. I told her I would be visiting either an atm or local credit union to pull funds and now I have no way of doing so. This bank is a joke and is keeping me from accessing my money.

Went to an in network credit union to withdrawal a sizable sum. They told us we had to go to our home union to get an amount that large. We tried calling ahead before driving across town, as we now live in Lakewood, but there's no way to get through over the phone on a Saturday morning. So, we drive 40 minutes to get over here just so they could tell us that we can't withdrawal our own money. Would have been nice to have saved 40 minutes (each way) by CALLING AHEAD. Will be looking for a national bank to take my money to.

I have been a customer for a few years and I feel that their customer service is really lacking, I would use them more then other banking facilities for loans, credit cards and such however no one ever calls you back after you make inquiries wether it's changing an address,replacement cards, or just general questions.

This bank is HORRIBLE!!! The only reason I banked here was because it was through my employer. They have screwed up my account beyond repair and all they can say is sorry "Dawn" no longer works here. I keep calling to speak with someone and no one returns my emails or phone calls and I have seen a turnover rate with their employees so it does not feel safe with your private info because they have no clue what to do! DO NOT BANK HERE, put your hard earned money somewhere else.
