Very deceptive. It's disappointing to be treated kindly prior to move in; but completely rude after you're in. A lot of back and forth with discrepancies and not being up front about fees. lesson learned to be very picky and completely thorough with anything if you're still wanting to move here. There is a lot of partying in the pool area, when it's open; plenty of dog waste on the grounds so be careful where you step.

I don’t think the price associated with this complex is very fair; it’s incredibly overpriced. The office staff is not very helpful or pleasant. They are usually pretty out of the loop with maintenance requests and scheduling. I ask that they contact me prior to any maintenance done, but they either call AFTER maintenance has entered my apartment or don’t call at all. Typically, if they even call ahead, they’ll give you a completely wrong time or false information. They have said maintenance did not enter my apartment, while I was standing right there with maintenance in my apartment! If

Moved in a month ago. Everyone at the office were so helpful and kind. Once we moved in, their demeanor changed. Not quite as friendly as prior. The apartment is nice and so are the people we have interacted with. However, there seems to be a problem with cleaning up after their pet, especially in the pet park area. We do have some condensation on the windows in the bedrooms and it’s much cooler in them, but purchased space heaters to help... I’m sure this is a better place than some here, we are overall happy with our temporary home.

I have been blown away since the very first call I made to get information. The staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming. No matter who I talked to, they had my information ready to review.

I recently moved here into a one bedroom apartment and just wanted to let potential renters know how wonderful the staff and the maintenance guys are In responding to my EVERY need! You could not ask for more accommodating professionals! From the manager right on to the leasing agents! Their amenities here are fabulous, also! So come on and check it out!!!

When we first moved in 2017 we were shown the apartments by a awesome staff member named Angie. She really made us feel at home. After about a year Angie quit working there and the staff was real hard to get along with. Within 3 years time our rent went up about $100 each year. We always paid rent on time and in full. Because we didn't give a 60 day written notice our last months rent was about $150 more and than we were charged $200 for 5 days into the next month. After all of that they sent us another bill for almost $200 claiming that was our water bill. Be prepared to be milked for every penny

Lived there for 17 months; 16 of them the main gate was broken and opened for anyone to come and go freely. there were burglaries and vandalisms, and all we got was an e-mail telling us to be careful....and I still had to pay for the "gate service". neighbors don't clean up after their dogs. dogs run around with no leash making it dangerous for people and other pets. the staff at the main office is very rude. Angel is the worse!!!appliances are old and somewhat broken down. the place is too expensive for the quality of life they offer. worse place I have ever lived in, would not recommend it to

We signed a 7 month lease. The first 5 months in the apartment was great, however recently new tenets moved in above us and its be absolutely insane. The level of noise they make has been so disruptive its hard to relax in our $1200 a month apartment. We have talked to both the tenets and the management staff yet nothing has been done thus far. Its incredibly frustrating being a medical student and having to deal with this. I purposefully chose a "luxury" apartment so I would not have to deal with this exact issue. Thankfully we only have 2 more weeks left , I feel sorry for who ever moves into

I've lived here for a couple of years and the apartments are great. I like the spaciousness of them and the layouts are great as well. I've never had anything but positive interactions with both the office staff as well as maintenance.
The apartments are a little noisier than other apartments I've lived in but it's not too terrible. Yes, the gates seem to be perpetually broken, hence the four stars versus five.

I have had a lot of the same issues as many others. I had a noisy and I mean consistent noise ALL day long neighbor move in after I gave my 60 day notice while I was in the process of relocating. They gave me the run around on ever even attempting to tell the people to keep it down. I feel bad for whoever moves into my old unit. You also have to really watch the extra fees as they will try to add them on even after you have paid them like the pet deposit that I paid and then they tried to charge again.

After selling our home and living/traveling full time in an RV, we were a bit unsure about apartment living. Since moving into The Haven, we couldn't be happier. Staff and maintenance are courteous, responsive and always helpful. Ammenities are at a 'luxury level' and the grounds are beautiful. Location couldn't be more convenient to… everything and anything you could need in the area. We considered other complexes in the immediate area, but none compared to the value we receive here. While others may have a bit more 'glitz', The Haven's floor plans are practical with abundant space and

I like the Haven. It's a good place. The staff are professional and attentive to all needs and I have had no problems in my four years of living here. The construction is slightly below excellent, thin windows, sound from neighbor apartments both lateral and vertical but it could be empty walls. The top floor is excellently quiet. To me, The Haven… is the best place to live in Johnson City. People know of it and it provides credibility to a professional lifestyle with hard working neighbors. Cars are gone during the week so you know they're working! The grounds are pristinely kept uniform

This is a great place to live! The facility is pretty and very well maintained reminding me of a resort. The office staff have always been friendly and I enjoy dropping by sometimes just to say "Hello". Having been a homeowner several times, it was common to schedule maintenance a day or more out. But here, the maintenance staff is on site, they… are professional and quick to respond to a call. My neighbors are from all walks of life, respectful and personable. This is not a college dorm. I do enjoy living here and personally, I think I live in the "Sweet Spot" of Johnson City.
