This was such an awful place to live. I lived here just under a semester before I wanted to get out of my lease. The girl I spoke to said that breaking a lease does not exist at Monarch. I had to pay for an apartment that I didn’t even live in for 3 months. Furthermore, I had to pay an additional $350 for someone to takeover my lease. Is the price even worth it? NOT AT ALL. The apartments are made extremely cheap and there’s virtually no available parking. It’s an actual money pit. To all future students, DO NOT live here, keep looking! I’d rather live out of my car than at Monarch again

Ever since Monarch brought in Mrs. Claudia, the property suddenly changed. Felt like it was a whole new place. The maintenance got taken care of, Trash actually in the correct places, and the hallways are actually clean now. Parking options are better and I actually have time to hang with friends without worrying about them being towed! All in all feels like a better environment so I also decided to renew my lease for another year! Claudia and Rigo definitely have done an amazing job at bringing new amenities such as the dog park and weight room equipment. There’s food weekly, free giveaways

I have been through 2 different student apartment complexes, one in Greensboro, NC and one in Johnson City, TN. I can say that Monarch has the best amenities offered for students and the quality in the actual apartments are the best I have had. Under their new property manager(Claudia) our maintenance requests have been taken care of properly by Rego who is the nicest maintenance guy I have had encounters with. I highly recommend the 2 bedroom apartment and monarch in general. We have a 85 pound dog so having access to a dog park is amazing! Thanks monarch

Ever since monarch brought Mrs. Claudia back it has been wonderful!!! She is amazing at what she does!! She’s helped me and my friends out in ways the old manager couldn’t do. Ive decided to renew my lease and live here another year! Hallways are much better, maintenance has improved, and place looks a whole lot better. The new dog park is amazing I take my dog there all the time! They always have coffee in the mornings at the office and snacks! They have an amazing workout space where all the gym equipment is! They have had new cleaning people to do the stairwells and the halls are always
