I did an inquiry late last night to fix my wedding rings and Robert gave me a call this morning. I was able to drop it right off and he had it done the same day! I needed the prongs to be fixed and also needed them to be soldered together. Robert is amazing and treated us like family since the very first phone call. I will recommend Robert to all my family and friends who need anything repaired. I can't say enough good things about the service we got from him. He did an excellent job fixing my ring and even gave suggestions for the future to make it even better. He also has amazing pricing!

I have a favorite pair of earrings that needed new lever back closures. I requested 14k gold, and Robert’s estimate was one third of the cost of another jeweler in the area. I was very impressed with the personal attention, and the time the jeweler took to find just the right match. The completed earrings are beautiful, and the price was as just as quoted, very reasonable! I will be returning!

I've upgraded my original wedding set twice through Robert's and will never go to another jeweler. He went above and beyond to create the most beautiful set. The diamonds are perfect and the setting is just gorgeous! I cannot recommend him enough. He is very personable, friendly, and really takes care and pride in his work. We had an odd and particular request (removing a stripped screw from the inside of a laptop) and Robert was able to make quick work of it with no damage to the machine. He was incredibly polite and helpful - especially when presented with an unusual task. We highly recommend Robert for both the standard jeweler's jobs as well as the more obscure.

Robert is amazing! I went here the morning after my engagement ring lost a stone. He tightened the ring, replaced the stone, communicated throughout the whole process, and I had it back the next morning. Professional, friendly, kind, and reasonably priced. Robert is officially my jeweler and I won't go anywhere else!
