I worked at Four Paws Animal Hospital for 6 years and have nothing but great things to say. After leaving the animal hospital for a different career path, Dr. Whitlow and his family have been nothing short of fantastic since I left. All 3 of my animals still go to Dr. Whitlow and LOVE going there. We used another vet before I started working there and our animals were not so eager to leave us. Now, our animals love going to the vet because they are spoiled. The kennel assistants and vet techs treat my animals as if they were their own and itโs amazing to see how much they love them! So many positive

Had a Pet emergency with my daughters cat, we've had the cat for nearly 10 years. The cat recently came down with a strong virus and was in need of immediate medical attention. On 05/20/2019 my wife and daughter called Dr Whitlow for help, and were told that they were busy and couldn't be of assistance to us until after the holiday. When it was relayed to them that this was an emergency and that the cat was going down hill fast, they were told i'm sorry we don't even have a doctor on duty that would be able to help you. the receptionist made an appointment for them for tuesday. Called with an emergency after hours. 4 am in the morning on a Saturday. My 16 year old Dog was having seizures and in a bad way. Finally got a call back at 8:30 to ask if I was OK because she passed before the got to the office. DO NOT CALL FOR EMERGENCIES. Try someone else. But, thanks for your concern.

Beware the kennel. Dropped our dog off for the week and returned to get her back with a bandage on the last four inches of her tail. Vet said that she had "scraped" it wagging it against the kennel wall. Removed the bandage today to discover that her tail is broken, not "scraped! Immediately took her out to be examined and was told that she must have broken it after she left the kennel, inside the bandage he had applied......ridiculous. Said that she must have broken it wagging her tail!! Common sense tells me that someone closed a door or gate on her tail. He denies that, but did
