I purchased a trailer with ease as I live 5 hours away. Jason my sales rep was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everything I expected. But what what really impressed me was the service technician. His name was Jake. After he did a walk through of the trailer with me he helped me troubleshoot a lightning /electrical issue on my TRUCK and fixed it so that the lights would operate on the trailer properly. This was above and beyond what was expected or required of him. It was this act that will have me coming back to them in the future for additional trailer purchases in the future.

If it would let me rate zero stars I would have. This place done my son dirty. He came down to buy a bike and they made up a bunch of excuses and come to find out they sold his bike out from under him and did not tell him until later on in the day. They never returned our phone calls when at the store my son said employees did nothing but play around and acted like they did not want to sale anything... You want professional service go to Honda of the Carolinas hickory I have never had a pr. oblem my son went in and 15 mins later he had a bike

I was going to order a Red Kawasaki Side x Side. The salesman said he had a white one ordered. I said in no uncertain terms I didn't want a white one but a the red color. After giving my deposit he said he would let me know when the white Kawasaki was in. I said I wanted red. He got angry with me and said they didn't want to ever do business with me. I said NO PROBLEM! I'm keeping an eye on my credit card!!!

Walked in there was one man behind the counter talking with a man on my side of the counter. The one who worked there said he would be back and walked away. As I stood there I started talking with the guy... he said he brought his 4 wheeler in and they put the wrong top end on his and he was trying to get that fixed. After he waited 10 minutes the man never came back and he left. I then stood there by myself and rang the bell for service waited for another 15 minutes and had maybe 4 or 5 guys walk by look at me and never ask if I had been helped or if I needed help or a hello how are you. Out of towner buying a used bike from a dealership I was not familiar with...
I was amazed at how professional and thorough Mr. Brad and his team were. It's one thing to put trust into a dealership when you can walk in the store, but when you are purchasing something over the phone based on photos and videos it can sometimes be a purchase of chance. It is nice to know the extra steps taken to set a buyers mind at ease. I now know that this dealership has great customer service in store(drove up to pick up) and for over the phone purchases. Brand new bike, glowing comments on their "incredible mechanic, he teaches Yamaha how to do stuff.......". Except, apparently, to BOLT THE ENGINE BACK ON THE FRAME. I took delivery of my brand new 1300ES, rode it from FT in Lowell, NC home to Chicago and took it in for the 600 mile new bike checkup. I do have to give a special shout out to Jake he brought our new baby home and he was so awesome. He didn’t just drop it off he took his time and taught us so much about our new 2020 raptor 700, my son was so happy to see his early Christmas gift but Jake taking his time to teach him patiently how the mechanism works was the icing

DO NOT BRING YOUR MACHINE HERE FOR WORK!!!!! Me and a friend bought a new RZR turbo and we're having some overheating issues so brought here figuring we must have a bad temp sensor or something of the sorts. Well after waiting for almost two weeks the tech calls and said it was just a dirty radiator, well that is complete horsecrap since both me and another person had cleaned it out. We then went to WV where the same problem occurred within the first hour. The mechanic in WV said it obvious it was either a sensor or air in the coolant, what we told them in first place. BEWARE: Fraud! These guys are pathetic at customer service and fixing the brands that they sell. Awful experience in the service department. Kevin, the service manager, has an awful attitude and outright lied to my face. If you have to have your power sports equipment serviced here, it's time to sell it because this business is a complete joke.

I contacted several Polaris dealers to purchase a Slingshot. I received the typical "we don't talk price over the phone, you have to come in" from everyone except Full throttle. Brad quoted me a price which was which I knew to be a fair one so I scheduled an appointment to meet with him. Every aspect of the purchase was handled with exceptional customer service. I ordered several accessories for the Slingshot to be installed by Full Throttle and FT communicated the status of the order at each step. He even sent me pictures of the Slingshot as parts were installed.

I purchased a Polaris 570 Sportsman at the first of September. I had it two weeks and it started making a strange sound in the front end. I took it back to the dealership to have it assessed and after the service department told me repeatedly that I may have to pay for the repairs The service tech rode it and heard the sound and stated "something is wrong" and they would keep it and look at it. He then told me again I may have to pay for any repairs. Again, it was only two weeks old and I had purchased an extended warranty. They stated they were behind but should get to it in a week

So far so good. I started with an internet inquiry of stock. It took three days, but finally I got an answer. From that point on service was great! Brad, was awesome, he texted me updates, status and photos. I always knew what was going on with my finance, bike, and upgrades. I ordered my bike on Monday, drove 5 hours to Lowell to pick it up and it was worth it. Only one part was not yet delivered or installed and I would have liked for the technician to be a little more knowledgeable when explaining the bike functions and the technology of the new traction control system.
