Radon is one of the densest substances that remains a gas under normal conditions. It is also the only gas under normal conditions that has no stable isotopes, and is considered a health hazard due to its radioactivity.

We just used clearview home inspection for our home inspection and it was a great experience. Yanir was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up early and began working. This was our first home purchase and Yanir Pesok did our inspection. There were many issues with his report! The first issue he failed to see that there was wood used to build the fire place. This was a major fire hazard and almost resulted in burning down the house. (it was actually on fire!) Luckily we had another inspector look at the fire place and he found that it was not in usable condition! This should have been picked up on the inspection report!! I recently was in need a good inspection on a property that had been vacant for some time. I had used others in the past, but I found my experience with Yanir to be very pleasant. He was punctual and arrived 15 mins before the appointment. Walked me through all his concerns and guided me on what it would take to fix the issues. Two months ago Yanir inspected our home. He was extremely thorough, crawled into every space, and inspected every inch of our soon to be home. When we arrived to meet him, he was already at the house. Our inspection required two additional visits due to radon, and checking the heat while the owners were there. He arrived both times on time and was thorough. Additionally, after we moved in my wife was worried about a ceiling crack and Yanir came back a month later to give us piece of mind and review the issue.
