Martinez's grandparents realized their dream of building a general store at the corner of Rio Grande and Indian School. All of us at Martinez, Hart, Sanchez & Romero, P.C. believe we aren't just another law firm, we are your neighbors.

David is a founding shareholder/owner of Martinez, Hart, Sanchez & Romero, P.C. David's prestigious legal career began in 1982, when he received his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Since that time, he's been a leader in our community and has worked tirelessly on behalf of people throughout New Mexico.
Kelly joined Martinez, Hart, Sanchez & Romero, P.C. in 2010 and has been a shareholder/owner of the law firm since 2016. Kelly's prestigious legal career began in 2009, when she received her law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Since joining the law firm in 2010, Kelly has been a staunch supporter of child victims of crime.
Michael recently joined Martinez, Hart, Sanchez & Romero, P.C. after graduating with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He attended Bosque High School, and Georgetown University where he also earned academic honors and received the Chieffo Award for excellence, creativity, and initiative in visual art.

Julio Romero was recommended to me by another attorney who was unable to represent me due to a conflict of interest. Julio was extremely professional and nice, as were the staff I met. When the other parties could not hear me on zoom during the deposition, he even had me sit at his office desk for the duration of the deposition. I was very happy with Julio's legal services and would highly recommend him.

If you have been in an accident that was not your fault, do not hesitate; call an attorney immediately. I waited because I've never been litigious and thought I could handle dealing with the insurance on my own. Wrong! After much misery dealing with the insurance agent, a friend who had been in an accident set me straight and said go home now and call an attorney. I did, asking the advise of my estate attorney who sent me to Martinez, Hart, Thompson & Sanchez.

Mike Hart was my attorney due to a serious injury I suffered, at a public attraction, in Albuquerque. I've had a total of 3 surgeries because of this injury and will never be the same.
