One Seagrove Place condominiums are located Gulf front in Seagrove Beach, Florida, convenient to the exciting resort destinations of Destin and Panama City Beach, yet nestled a world away amid the beauty of scenic Highway 30A. Those of you that stayed with us last year noticed that a lot of things have changed.
The state and county have been requiring us to remotely check in all our visitors. You will receive an email the day before your arrival date welcoming you and explaining the arrival process. On your arrival date you will receive another email that will provide you your room access code. The code will be active after 4 pm of your arrival date.

Services
All of our Seagrove Beach vacation condos are GULF FRONT, facing the Gulf of Mexico with breathtaking views of the water and skyline. Our 30A beach rentals have private GULF FRONT balconies, full-length and accessible from living room & master bedroom. FLOOR PLAN: All units are the same size and floor plan with approximately 870 SF, not including balconies.
One Seagrove Place is located on Seagrove Beach, in the heart of the scenic highway 30A region on northwest Florida's Emerald Coast. 30A is 18 miles of breathtaking coastline road that passes through several beachfront communities, each with its own distinctive style. 30A is a haven for artists, and is home to numerous galleries and boutiques, along with funky beach bars and unique gift shops.

Awesome Place Friendly staff Excellent seafood market next door, Pizza across the road excellent fast delivery! Do not have to leave once you check in ! All convenient place! Every thing you at your fingertips!

The place is lovely but the unfriendliness of the staff, except for maintenance who were great, made it less pleasant. Their checkin rules are ridiculous and the violation notices on the car tiresome. They gave us one at 4:02 and we were locked out of the room (where they put parking passes) until 4. The staff needs customer service training badly.

This was our first and last visit to One Seagrove Place. The location was fine, parking was good, but if you come in the summer you need to understand the dynamics. First off, unless you are willing to get up at 530 am to secure and claim your spot on the beach, you will not enjoy this experience. One Seagrove place’s beach is public , and the only public beach that serves not only their building, but all of the homes across the street and in the area. The beaches on either side are private and your not allowed to be on them. The county code officials walk this beach every morning, if you bring

Best View on all of Hwy 30-A. Located right in the center of Seagrove Beach. Easy walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. There’s Bronzinis Pizza across the street. Very good and so convenient. Ice Cream and beach toys across the street. Rent a bike for. Bike shop across the street and explore 30-a on the famous 30-a bike path.

Very cute condos on the beach. I love that they are just down the street from little shops and restaurants (even though these restaurants are incredibly over priced for what you get there, that’s probably the standard for this area). Amenities include a heated pool, beautiful views and they are right on the beach. Our unit was adorable but the view was our favorite part.
