Cody was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated from Bloomington High School South where he played Varsity Baseball all 4 years. After highschool, he played baseball at Kaskaskia College in Centrailia, Illinois. Cody has been around the Auction and Real Estate business his entire life and decided to join the family business in 2013.
He obtained his Real Estate Brokers License in 2014. Cody is an NAA member and holds his Auction Technology Services designation as well as his Auction Summit designation. He manages Auctions and works with buyers and sellers for their Real Estate needs. Cody specializes in Farmland and Recreational and Hunting properties, but welcomes all Real Estate inquiries and works hard to earn your business, whether you are buying or selling.

Created in 1818, its present boundaries were established by 1836. Bloomington first became a settlement about 1816 when President James Monroe selected the site for a seminary. In 1818, the settlement was surveyed and lots were sold to create the town. In 1820, the state confirmed Bloomington as the site of Indiana University, at that time called Indiana Seminary.
