We offer quality home inspection services to all of our customers. You can always count on Safe House to identify potential issues and recommend necessary action to control, correct or prevent a problem from growing out of control. We use state-of-the-art inspection equipment to save you money by consolidating all of those check-ups into one visit.
Before you can schedule our service, you must read and AGREE to the terms of our Inspection Agreement. Decorative flaws (such as cracked tiles or pulled tape joints); minor malfunctions (such as burnt out light bulbs or missing window locks); regular maintenance requirements (such as replacing furnace filters or aligning door latches) are examples of "not significantly deficient systems or components".
A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a written report of findings.
The EPA recommends that all houses, regardless of what radon zone the house is located in, be tested for radon at the point of sale. The most common procedure for radon testing during real estate transactions is for the potential buyer to request the radon test as part of the overall home inspection.
During the septic inspection defects may be noticed by the inspector in the way of too much water seepage in the absorption area or a liquid level which is too high. The inspector will make note of these potential defects and alert the prospective buyers of anything that appears to be concerning in nature.

Questions via email were responded to quickly, home inspection scheduled and completed quickly. Dave was very thorough and spoke with me when he was done explaining some of the issues and answering any questions. The report was received the next business day. Dave left his card telling me that he was available if we had any questions. Safe House was unanimously recommended by the Hunting Meadows neighbors and I will now also be recommending Safe House.

Inspector Chris was very professional, courteous, and thorough during his inspection. He pointed out many small issues that normal people wouldn't recognize and was extremely knowledgeable in his field. It was easy to get an appointment set up and all staff involved were helpful and made this important experience pleasurable. I would definitely recommend using this service for your next inspection.

We had weather damage to our home and I had them come out for insurance purposes. The individual (Chris David) who came out to inspect my house was Experienced, professional and kind! An employee that any company should be glad to have! He explained everything to me as if I were learning How to do the trade myself. Made it very easy to follow along his explanations and why or why not certain things were weather damage. He also took the time to look over maintenance issues that I should take care of and that I did not even notice! Safe house hires experienced personnel and hard workers who are great
