I have been a devoted customer going on 6 years now. Ever since i took my Ultra to another dealership, which will remain silent, these guys including service department are by far the best in the state. I wanted to get a newer bike but right now due to my economic status, not in the cards right now. What i liked best was the salesperson (Logan Pedigo) fully understood my circumstances and didn't press further. Knowing this, my next bike will be purchased from him and this dealership.

This review is specifically focused towards the service department. I have used this one and another local dealer. High Country by far has the superior service department. Here are the reasons why.
1. When you call they answer the phone
2. Turn around times are better
3. Techs and Service advisors are genuinely helpful and care about getting you back on the road
4. They don’t gouge or take advantage on you with pricing. If it’s a quick easy job they charge you accordingly. They won’t charge you a full hour of labor for a 10 min job
5. They have walk in services available instead of requiring

EXCELLENT. A truly great dealership. Just bought a Sportster and had a fantastic experience. Bought it, jumped on it, and rode it out to LA. No problems except rain--the bike performed perfectly and High Country was fantastic. Overall, I've bought four bikes from High Country and had them build two performance engines. Always great treatment.

Service Department is awesome! Took my bike to Mile High, they had no clue what was wrong. They didn’t have the skills of a Harley mechanic to know. But they still charged me for shop time! Went to high country, they knew, they fixed the Voltage Regulator in one hour shop time! Now that’s Awesome service!!! My advice. Have your bike serviced by people who know at High Country, Don’t do Mile High!!!!!!!

I have to say every time I'm in this store I'm impressed more and more!!!! I was in the service department today to get a tire balanced that I mounted. Not only did they balanced my tire wile I waited. They didn't charge me. They really go above and beyond to take care of me! I will only shop at High Country Harley! Best place for all my Harley needs!!!
