Great place to get your windshield. Before I went here to get my windshield I spoke to a lady on the phone, explained another company was offering a windshield at a much lower rate but it was in Sacramento. She offered a even lower price to me and I saved alot. Realizing I was probably still low on cash when I went to pick it up she went out of her way to find a tube of windshield glue that I could have. The glue she gave me was new and had cost her more than her usual glue does but she gave it to me anyway. She was more than helpful. Thank you D&K glass! I will return if I ever need another windshield

This place really understands & delivers excellent customer service.
It was during the Covid-19 lockdown that I called for an estimate to replace my front windshield. Kay was the calm voice of reassurance I needed to hear. I was paying out of pocket & she gave me a very fair quote. The work was completed on time the day after I called. Thank you D & K!

A rock thrown by a truck cracked the windshield on my wife's 2018 Subaru. D&K did a great job of replacing it, even transferring the little oil change decal from the old windshield to the new one. They arranged to have the car driven to the nearby Shingle Springs Subaru to have the Eye Sight cameras recalibrated.

Unprofessional -
I had to bring my truck back in because the molding that goes around the window fell out. The office manager asked me if I abused it. How the heck do you abuse a molding that goes around a window?
Made a 10:00 appointment to get it fixed. Got to the shop and the owner / installer told me I could come back at 11:00. I asked why I would come back at 11:00 if I had a 10:00 appointment. He told me I had a 9:00 appointment and missed it. I let him know that I put everything in my calendar. He told me I could go argue with the office manager. Nice.... Customer service at its best.

D&K Auto Glass Glass is so convenient! We had an emergency windshield to be fixed and they took us in. The front desk was very kind. The service is in a very timely manner. The waiting room was comfortable and relaxing. There was no line, traffic, or inconvenience during the check in process. I would recommend this local glass shop to anyone and everyone.

As luck would have it, a few weeks later a truck kicked up a rock and I got another smaller crack in the windshield. D and K did a drill and patch job free of charge.
Great people at D and K.

I had a positive experience with D&K Auto Glass. I brought my own glass in for install, and it was completed in a timely and professional manner. The technician doing my install, Greg, was personable and even let me watch while the work was done. Price was fair in my opinion, as I called around to other local businesses who quoted me higher for labor. Would do business with them in the future.

Tried to get my broken camper window fixed here, they kept making me come for appointments to measure and make templates, then lost them repeatedly. Finally they told me they were having the windows made somewhere else. When I came back again for them, they claimed they were lost because there was a new owner.
Just called again and they claim they never changed hands.
