Terrible facility, self wash timers don’t count correctly and turn off before it zeros out so they steal your money then sometimes it wolnt let you add money before the car wash runs out and you end up paying 3 times the normal amount. Some of the timers don’t sound and they never spend money to fix it or refil any of the options on the car wash

Previously a 2-star review. They've upgraded some of the failing equipment and a new automatic car wash system. It did a pretty good job but the dryer time needs to be increased. On every vehicle I own, I have to wipe it down afterwards. Especially my pickup which gets a blast of soapy water out of the bed sprayed all over the drug when exiting the carwash.

Careful which Bay you use. I used 2. The tire cleaner, foam brush, and the spot free rinse did not work, waited about 30 sec on each for pressure to build. Also brush was worn out. The other wash processes worked great and the amount of time you get for the money is above average.****update*** a year since my original review, most of the equipment I was using has been replaced and is in great working order

BEST place to wash my car!!! Its for one ALWAYS so clean, trash seems to be handled well there because its always close to empty despite the car wash or being full and packed of customers. I will in West End Richmond and drive here once a month and maybe 5 to 6 times durning summer months just to wash my car here. The machines are wonderful and powerful just all around 5 star do it yourself car wash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
