I took 2 cars there yesterday. The first wash I went to down the road was closed b/c it was too cold to run which is why I came to wash which oddly enough was open. One bay was closed and two were open, which was enough. I really do not know much about this side of town so I was not aware of another wash that was somewhat close to my home. It is a nice place, and it did a great wash job, it is just tight as all get in/out. Once you pull in you are pretty much blocked in, if you do not have time to wait you are in trouble. Wasted my money. Basic car Wash didn't even clean the windshield. Soap didn't touch half of the roof when it sprayed.

I went there with my new car (less than a month old) and all I wanted was to clean some pollen off. Now my car is covered in a nasty grime that won't come off. Do not go through the car wash here.

I dont like touchless carwashes. Just does not clean right. Although the vacuums are free with a wash it only turns on a short time and I have to restart it like 4 times to vacuum my car. They can program it to go longer.

I just drove from Chicago to Richmond and my car was in need of a major wash. The gentleman who was managing the car wash at the time saw how much my car was in need of a wash. He offered to scrub my car as the touch-less wash was working. How sweet! Super friendly and completely unexpected.

Love the free vacuums, always full buckets of soapy water with long soft brushes on both sides and each corner of where you stage your car before the wash so you can pre-clean your car (especially when your vehicle is caked with salt from the snow storm). Also like that it has an undercarriage wash as well that sounds pretty effective from the inside of the vehicle. Well lit at night and clean. Vacuums have great suction.

Put a 20 in for an 11 dollar wash and didn't get any change . The gentleman working there called the owner and then promptly gave me a 10 from the till. Also a good place to get a car wash. I will be returning.

I'm particular with where I go to get my car washed... Finding a place that is touchless is not easy!! I was happy I found this friendly little place on Midlothian... Your car gets a quick brush first (to remove the bugs) then you drive through and let the jet sprays do the work... I got the basic wash ($6) and was pretty happy with the result... I had to wipe dry myself (which I don't mind). The vacuum is free and super strong, so protect your loose items! Go check it out for yourself!!

When this car wash first opened it was a great place to get your car clean. The last 2 times I paid for a premium wash and got a really bad deal. The equipment does not work properly anymore and you DO NOT get what you pay for. To make matters worse there is no one around to talk to about the equipment failure. I am done with this place.

What a nice staff! I hit a deer and was upset about all the blood on my car. The man working immediately came and scrubbed my car for me. He did a great job too! I was so thankful for his help. And my car looks great after the wash!

They supply buckets of cleaner for the windows & tires. Use them because the car wash won't clean them. I feel like I wasted 9 bucks.

Went here for a wash after the storms put all that salt on our car. The line was pretty long because one of the 3 car wash bays was broken. The staff was very friendly though, and they explained the difference between the kinds of car washes you can get here. they have one with soft touch brushes and two with water laser jets. prices range from 6 to 12 bucks for a basic wash to the super mega fancy wash. they also scrubbed our rims by hand whle we waited in line. i didn't notice any detailing services here, so i'm not sure if you can get that done here or not. i'll come back
