I called ahead to see if they had time for a walk-in, and they did. I only wanted a "regular" pedicure, the cheapest on their menu. I always feel like they're hoping for a higher ticket item or additional services. My pedicure was fine, but abbreviated. I look forward to the 5 minute massage. It was maybe half of that, as I was hearing the ladies around me moan in pleasure. I felt rushed out, so my chair could be filled. I truly wish I could communicate with the technician. I like to make that connection. The salon is right in my backyard, which is so convenient. But I feel like I need to go elsewhere

My mom and me have been going to LVY nails for some time now. The owner is fantastic and we use TO and Diane for our fill in and pedis. They always to a fantastic job. Such a comfortable salon to go to. We feel loved entering and leaving. You can't ask for more in a salon. They are all welcoming and sweet people! We love it! Oh and I use to drive an hour to get to the shop. Seriously, I mean it's the best!

The salon is clean however the gel manicure I got lasted only three days before chipping. I went in to get the two nails fixed and was treated very rudely. The person who originally did my manicure and the person fixing my nails spoke Vietnamese the entire time to each other. The very next day a different nail chipped. One week out and four nails are chipped. I've gotten gel polish before and have never had this happen. I won't be back not only because of the poor quality but also because of the rudeness. It's such poor customer service to speak in another language around customers

I switched salons because my previous salon said 15 minutes but it was at least an hour or more, even for appointments. Ivy nails gives real expectations with walk-ins. I've mostly made appointments though because they are popular.
The stylist spend time on your nails, they don't rush through their customers. I felt like an individual each time I came in. The quaility of the environment is clean, from the rolled up towels at the sink to selection of colors! Cost is competitive. You're paying the same at any other salon. $35 for fill $40 for cats eye, and I think $50 for full set

Got my acrylic nails filled at the chanhassen location a week and a half ago. Within 6 days of my fill I had to go back in twice to get my nails fixed. The polish wouldn't stay on and three of my nails were already breaking. I had to beg for a new color because the gel polish clearly was way too old. They wouldn't give me a new color, they just fixed the nails that were broken. All of my other nails had the polish chipping off at the tips/corners. Now, a week and a half after my initial fill, most of my polish is all chipped off with more broken nails. At this time I now have 4 coats
