Mr. Joseph attended The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) where he was a member of the Law School Preparation Institute and earned a B.A. with honors in Political Science.

I live out of Odessa, Tx. My (now ex) husband moved to El Paso and filed for divorce out of this county in 2020. I did have a lawyer in Odessa to help me with the divorce but due to Covid19 he wasn't able to see it all the way to the end.
